BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 12/18/2017 INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING

Bertrand Daily Report
The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (December 18th, 2017)

Ed Note:

Are "Deep State" operatives / Obama holdovers at the CDC and Homeland Security conspiring  with the DNC to commit "political homicide" on residents in a small town in Oklahoma with aerial spraying of chemicals known to cause cancer and other related illnesses for the purpose of causing citizens to eventually need (Democrat version of healthcare) and welfare / social security disability after they cannot work any longer as a result?

Oklahoma is a red state with 65.3% that voted for Donald Trump, therefore.....why conduct an aerial chemical assault on Oklahoma, why not California?

Americans have become ill and obese from all the crap being fed to us, vaccines, chemtrails and false flag diseases....creating a new race of lower IQ and disabled citizens that cannot function in society, therefore the need for Democrats to be their voice in Washington for federal programs that eventually put the middle class out of their homes and businesses is the scheme in-order to build-up their voting base for unfettered power over this country.

Democrat politicians know the score and all they are thinking about are their careers and will lie to their constituents with feel good politics and programs, but in the end.....Americans die faster, therefore, keep the borders open for more victims(?)

Maiming a population with disease, cancer and asthma etc, via chemtrails and localized spraying of chemicals in Oklahoma, pushes the population into poverty from lost jobs and medical disabilities while overnight, a (once) conservative capitalist becomes dependent upon the Democratic Party to push welfare and healthcare in congress.

May not be true for many true blue Democrat / Liberals that want to help their followers get the most out of the wealthy top 1% and government programs (cough cough), but if you look at the big picture, the plan to drag society down to socialist levels of Third World status, makes sense when the communists have done this for over 100 years.

Residents Outraged as DHS Spraying Town With Chemicals—Using Them as Human Guinea Pigs
A planned chemical/biological test by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has residents of a small Oklahoma town in fear that they are being used as human guinea pigs, as the federal government prepares to carry out plans for biological testing in the area next month.

DHS announced plans to conduct chemical and biological testing near the border between Kansas and Oklahoma in January and February, and again in June and July, to determine how much protection people would receive from being inside a house or an apartment in the event of a biological terrorist attack, according to a statement on the Homeland Security website.

“I’m really sorry that everyone is so afraid in Newkirk because these are very benign products,” Kitty Cardwell, a professor at Oklahoma State University and director of the National Institute of Microbial Forensics for Food and Agricultural Biosecurity, who has been involved in other Homeland Security projects, told Newsweek.

Cardwell believes the chemicals are non-toxic at that minuscule amount and likely wouldn’t reach populated areas.

Interestingly, while Cardwell and the U.S. government claim the chemicals used in the testing won’t adversely impact human health or the environment, the EU has proposed to classify titanium dioxide as a carcinogen—meaning that it is suspected of causing cancer – specifically when inhaled.

Wineinger disputes the idea that these substances are harmless, noting that she’s allergic to urea and could be hospitalized if she’s exposed to it. She also expressed concern about individuals with asthma and fears the area’s crops could be contaminated by the chemicals.

“It could saturate our homes and it could saturate our water supply,” Wineinger said.

Kansas Congressman Ron Estes, in response to the planned chemical and biological testing, said federal agencies, “need to be 100 percent certain this test is safe for the residents of south-central Kansas,” noting that he has “numerous questions.”

Canada Could Be On The Cusp On A Cannabis Revolution

After the campaign promises of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the Canadian government is poised to fully legalize and regulate cannabis next year, permitting adult recreational use. California, the largest pot market in the United States, is expected to follow suit. Countries throughout the world are embracing cannabis as a legal form of recreation, similar to alcohol and tobacco. The global pot market could be as big as $31.4 billion by 2021, with the United States’s market share shrinking from 90 percent to only 57 percent.

Michigan State University scholars find $21 trillion in unauthorized government spending; Defense Department to conduct first-ever audit

Earlier this year, a Michigan State University economist, working with graduate students and a former government official, found $21 trillion in unauthorized spending in the departments of Defense and Housing and Urban Development for the years 1998-2015. The work of Mark Skidmore and his team, which included digging into government websites and repeated queries to U.S. agencies that went unanswered, coincided with the Office of Inspector General, at one point, disabling the links to all key documents showing the unsupported spending. (Luckily, the researchers downloaded and stored the documents.)

Regulating Cryptocurrencies--and Why It Matters

Nations that attempt to limit cryptocurrencies' ability to solve these problems will find that protecting high costs and systemic friction will grind their economies into dust. There's a great deal of confusion right now about the regulation of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. Many observers seem to confuse "regulation" and "banning bitcoin," as if regulation amounts to outlawing bitcoin.

Cook County Commissioner Asks The U.N. To Send Troops To Chicago

Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin recently met with the Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations during which he requested that the world governing body send troops onto the violence-plagued streets of Chicago. While no one can deny the fact that Chicago is essentially a war zone, the fact that a liberal city commissioner is planning to use United Nations peacekeepers to confront said violence should send shockwaves down the spine of any freedom-loving American.
