White people are simply not committing their fair share of crimes. The FBI reports that blacks comprise roughly 13% of the population of the US while committing 52% of the homicides reported by police agencies. From 2011 to 2013 blacks accounted for 38.5% of arrests for murder,manslaughter, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault when statistics for those crimes are combined. White people are simply not committing their fair share of crimes.
