A TERRORIST AND NATURALIZATION FRAUD

My article for FrontPage Magazine today focuses on a press release issued by the Department of Justice to herald the successful prosecution of a terrorist who was born in Somalia and apparently legally immigrated to the United States at the age of two. He ultimately became a United States citizen not to share the “American Dream” but as a means of creating a nightmare for the United States, exploiting the immigration benefits program to facilitate his deadly goals.
Fortunately he was arrested before he was able to carry out his deadly attack(s).
However, as you will see in my commentary, for reasons that were never articulated by our officials, while this terrorist who admitted to being affiliated with the al Nusrah Front, a terrorist organizations associated with al-Qaeda, was charged with, and pleaded guilty to terrorist-related crimes, he was never prosecuted for the one crime that could ultimately lead to his deportation (removal) from the United States.
Immigration fraud was identified by the 9/11 Commission as the key entry and embedding tactic not only of the 19 hijackers who savagely attacked America on September 11, 2001 but in the decade leading up to that horrific day.
In the years since, we have seen a long list of foreign-born terrorists similarly game the immigration system by committing immigration fraud.
Yet this vulnerability continues to undermine national security and public safety.
Ignorance is not bliss. Knowledge is power so my article provides some cold hard facts for you to consider.
If you like my article I ask that you make a point of posting it on FaceBook and other social media and forward this e-mail to as many folks as you can. It is important to dispel the lies and nonsense about the true nature and significance of effective immigration law enforcement in this particularly perilous era.
Being “Pro-Enforcement” is not “Anti-Immigrant.” Indeed, advocates for immigration anarchy are actually taking an “Anti-Immigrant” position by obfuscating the line that separates lawful immigrants from illegal alines. To provide a bit of clarity, while we are indeed a “Nation of immigrants” America is not a nation of trespassers. The difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien is comparable to the difference between a houseguest and a burglar.
Americans must be willing to stand their ground and not be intimidated by the false accusations- far too much hangs in the balance! We must speak out against mayors and governors who create “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States.”
Many people have come to complain that we have become too “Politically Correct” to speak the truth about important issues. My view is that the artful use of language that has been described as examples of political correctness are in fact, examples of Orwellian “Newspeak.”

It is time that when the "compassion card" is brought out- the issue of compassion must first take into account the safety and well-being of America and Americans. There is nothing compassionate about committing suicide!
I urge you to get involved and demand our elected representatives actually represent us- We the People! The information contained in my article is being provided to educate as many of our fellow Americans as possible so that they can ask the right questions and make the appropriate demands on our political leaders and representatives and political candidates.
Please pass this suggestion to as many folks as you can!
America, first and foremost, is comprised of its citizens not rivers parks and cities. We have never had more American citizens, especially minority citizens, living below the poverty level. We now expect that American kids will not do as well as their parents. This is not how we will get America to lead.
Simply stated, American Lives Matter!!
One of the points of contention where political “liberals" and political “conservatives” are concerned is how much government is appropriate, with conservatives demanding less government and liberals generally believing in more government, an issue that should be agreed upon by all reasonable Americans is the need for our government to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws. This should not be a divisive issue- our immigration laws are completely and utterly blind as to race, religion and ethnicity and were enacted for the two primary purposes of protecting innocent lives and protecting the jobs of American workers.
All reasonable Americans want to live in safety where the American dream provides opportunities for anyone who is willing to acquire an education, work hard and benefit from a bit of luck. They want the same for their children and their children’s children. How on earth could there be any controversy about the need to prevent criminals or terrorists from entering the United States? How on earth could anyone think that it is good for Americans to have to compete with foreign workers from Third World countries for their jobs- forcing wages down, thereby creating wage suppression?
If ever there was a “No brainer” issue- you would have to believe it would be the fair and effective enforcement of our immigration laws.
