With every attempt to break through rebuffed, the Ukrainian side turned
to the tactics of «scorched land» on the territory of the Republics. The
local authorities of the localities along the entire front lines report
the targeted shelling on the vital infrastructure
of the Republics.

The Minsk Agreement do not allow Kiev to start a full-scale war,
but they do not stop the Ukrainian authorities from destroying Donbass
either. In the beginning of the winter Luhansk is refused the water
supply, in Donetsk homes and domestic animals
are destroyed and civilians are killed while trying to repair the
previous damage, on the Kiev-controlled territories the locals are
evicted from their houses to make place for the Ukrainian «liberators».
And still, the Donbass people lives and even sings, having joined
the all-Ukrainian flashmob of old Soviet songs performed at the railways
