Conservatives, We can’t let Obama win. Mitch McConnell is actively working to reauthorize Section 215 of the Patriot Act without any reforms. He wants to give Obama what he wants: the ability to spy on your phone records without a specific warrant. That can’t happen. If Congress is going to reauthorize Section 215 of the Patriot Act, then we need real reform that ends the NSA’s unconstitutional bulk collection of phone data. That’s our line in the sand. And we need to hold it. Republicans need to know that any extension of Section 215 of the Patriot Act without significant reform to the NSA’s bulk collection of telephone data is unacceptable.
