Rank-and-file Republican
legislators will ask the House’s rules committee Tuesday to allow an
anti-amnesty vote during the floor debate over the 2015 government budget.
But unless
there’s huge wave of phone calls from voters to Congress, the request will
likely be rejected by GOP leaders prior to a Thursday debate.
That’s because the
chairman of the rules committee, Texas Rep. Pete Sessions, was caught on video
telling Democrats
last week that he’ll push for an 2015 amnesty that would provide more
foreign workers to U.S. companies. Rep. Sessions is a close ally of House
Speaker John Boehner, who has so far blocked efforts to defund the

surprises here. We might have been, had they gone the right route. From our own
personal experience since about 1998, we still say (and have for years after first going to
the repubs for help here) that the repubs run the show and use the dems as
fronts/pawns. After all, repubs have the “checks and balances” responsibility
which they don’t use so as to cover the dems’ backs.
And then
when they openly cut deals...well. Plus they play off the conserves with the
dems (perception) and the independents.
And
the first person I heard stump speech on “New World Order: was GB1. And, isn’t BHO related to
high level repubs (Cheney?).
Plus,
let’s not forget Roberts..or judge napolitano's definition of NBC and on and on.
Yep. a one-party system with the repubs in charge. And, btw,

was bullish on Tuesday about the future of his deportation relief programs, urging
undocumented immigrants to apply despite threats from Republicans that the
policies will be dismantled.
Obama said future presidents could, of
course, try to end the programs. But stripping protections and deporting those
