Conservatives,
America
has been forced into a constitutional crisis of historic proportions by
President Barack Obama. The President’s abuses have brought us to the
point that the people can no longer tolerate his subversion of the
Constitution or his willful abuse of power.

++Congress is moving in the right direction
Representative
Tom Rice (R-SC) has introduced the “Stop This Overreaching Presidency
(STOP)” measure, which now has 114 co-sponsors.
Representative
Jim Gerlach (R-PA) has introduced H.R. 3857, the “Enforce the Take Care
Clause Act” in response to how the President has used his executive
power to selectively apply, enforce, and even ignore duly enacted laws.
The legislation invokes the “Take Care Clause” of the Constitution,
which requires a President to faithfully execute all laws.
Liberty
Counsel Action endorses efforts by Congress to rein in President
Obama’s autocratic rule, but we are also pushing hard for the House to
prepare Articles of Impeachment!
In
his five years of holding the office of president, Obama has proven to
the American people time and again that he will stop at nothing to
further his radical agenda.
There
is compelling evidence this pattern of abuse will intensify in the
Obama administration’s final three years of rule – unless WE take action
now!
The
“end of an error” should come in 2014 as “we, the people,” call for
accountability from our lawless President – and for backbone from our
elected officials. Stopping Obama’s long train of abuses is among our
