BJ3: Well, regrettably, she too left out THE MOST IMPORANT part to "null and void".  But then, the "FAUX gag order" on that is reportedly in place. Still, she did rightly dump on Newt. But, she doesn't provide her espoused definition of "natural born citizen". Still, she did at least mention "null and void" which is on a parallel track...so.....

Delay ObamaCare Till the 3016 Election    Stella Paul
President Obama just ordered yet another delay of ObamaCare, to hide its damage till after the 2016 election. Clearly, Democrats don’t want it, Republicans hate it, and the American people despise it – yet it remains the law.
So I have a simple suggestion. Congress should unanimously vote to delay ObamaCare till after the 3016 election.
The logic is impeccable. A thousand years should be enough time for the Republicans to get their act together (if we get lucky). And by 3016, even Nancy Pelosi will have retired, assuming she ran out of bat blood transfusions.
Democrats can still boast of their once-in-a-millennium legislative achievement. And Americans get to keep their doctors, if they like their doctors, for the next thousand years.  What’s not to like?    LINK

Bob, the CPAC scene this year was deeply troubling.  Those issues that lay at the core of what challenges the continued existence of our national sovereignity-- including illegal immigration and enemy militaries-- was largely absent.

Senator Whitehouse plans climate change all-nighter Monday

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) is planning an all-night session in the Senate Monday to discuss climate change, according to his staff.   Expect a much longer version of his weekly “Wake Up” speech, which he has given nearly 60 times on the Senate floor.
Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) is expected to help Whitehouse keep the speeches going well into Tuesday morning.
The Hill previously reported that Whitehouse is heading to Iowa to discuss climate change because he wants the environment to be a top issue during the 2016 presidential caucuses.

BJ3: Well, it seems Root is starting to get real.  Actually, as we have long been saying, and some others are starting to say, they are realistically even lower than...nearer 30%.  Maybe next, he'll admit that he has no proof at all to substantiate his feeling that Mr. Obama is even a citizen or not.
