02/13/2014 - by Neil Munro      White House press secretary Jay Carney on Wednesday brushed off a critical editorial in the Washington Post, and insisted hat the president’s latest unilateral rewrite of the Obamacare law is merely “common sense.”
Carney’s defense of the president’s claim of final authority over the 2010 law came after Obama’s deputies announced Monday they would not enforce the law’s requirement that businesses must provide expensive Obamacare insurance to their employees in 2014 and 2015.      “The law is also explicit that the government should be enforcing penalties already; that’s the plainest interpretation of Congress’s intent,” said the Tuesday Washington Post editorial.   LINK

BJ3: We provide this on a "We provide/you decide" basis. We respectfully disagree that this proves him to be ineligible.  There may indeed be MANY mountains of proof that he's ineligible, though likely this is not it. The column was written in August of 2013 (The info, btw, first came out well before that). What has happened since? Further, none of this, is that valid, rightly-certified document needed that PROVES the identities of his bio-parents. AND equally important, by what esposed defintion of "natural born citizen" is he being judged ineligible? Because it is alleged that he was born in Kenya?  Remember, that favorite of many of you (no longer of us), Judge Napolitano has reportedly defined it as "Born of one citizen parent, no matter where". Sean Hannity and others feel the same. So please stay focussed.

The document indicates that a consular officer issued a single certificate of statutory citizenship, within the time frame including August 4, 1961, to a child born to a U.S. citizen between July 1st and December 31st, 1961 in the Kenyanregion of Africa.
      The record also reveals that the certificate was the only one issued for this specific type of arrival in the U.S. over a span of more than 18 months, among thousands from other parts of the world.”   The mountains of evidence are just piling up on Obama is not eligible for the office of President.
