Patriots....spills now in S. Carolina & Kentucky NOW.......this video tells that they plan this same scenerio in ALL 50 STATES...no water, bring in the troops and then on to establishing the NWO.  ALL WALMART STORES SOLD TO CHINA...will have 'chip' machines for your convenience though.
