LETTER TO DOJ REITERATING REASONS TO IMPEACH OBAMA

OPEN LETTER

To the  Department of Justice.  
 As an American citizen and former member of the United States Navy I have been entrusted to protect the United States Constitution and I will continue this duty up to my  last breathe (Which of course comrade Obama would like to tax as a carbon emission and re distribute to the United Nations). 
 With that said I want to be on the record with my opinion so that history will show I did not lay down and roll over while this Communist tyrannical dictatorship decided to try and steam roll over the American people. I am not going to capitulate to this Communist. 
 I want comrade Obama impeached and removed from office for treason against the United States as justified below: 

 (1) For refusing to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) Mr. Obama is a lawless individual trying to rule by decree  not represent the laws as written in the US Constitution. 
 (2) For suing the state of Arizona for trying to enforce legal and binding federal law to arrest and deport illegal immigrants.
 (3) For cutting off federal money ($190,000,0000) set aside for women to be used for breast exams, uterine exams etc. for the poorest of Texas women. Why did Obama do this ? Because Texas passed a law requiring women seeking an abortion to first view their baby via an ultrasound. 
 (4) For refusing to renew contracts nor buy products from Boeing because Boeing chose to put its new manufacturing facility in South Carolina, a right to work state not a union state.  
 (5) For signing into law Obamacare which was unconstitutionally shoved down our throats.  2,700 pages of unconstitutional clap trap giving unprecedented power and control over our healthcare.  I will not comply.  Obama abused his executive power when he would not allow Congress to vacate until they surrendered to him. 
 (6) For bypassing Congress in appointments when Congress was not in session. 32 Czars did not get Congressional approval.  
 (7) For violating the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution by forcing faith based organizations and churches to pay for contraception and abortions against the doctrine of their faiths.  This was not Congressionally approved. 
 (8) For signing an Executive Order (EO) giving himself the right to impose martial law over the nation.  This EO gives Obama the power to seize control of the nations economy, the private sector and implement a draft to carry out his will.  We the people will not comply.  This EO is illegal and we the people will ignore it and defend ourselves against it. 
 (9) For being the first President in history to defy a subpoena when he refused to turn over Solyndra documents a company he gave billions of our tax payer money too. 
 (10) For admonishing the US Supreme Court during a state of the Union Address because they refused to submit to his will. 
 (11) For allowing armed agents from Homeland Security and the Fish and Wild life Agency to raid Gibson Guitar facilities in Nashville and Memphis and for illegally confiscating wood used by this company to make said guitars. 4th Amendment violations running rampant. What is interesting is that Gibson is a non union plant yet its competitors using the same wood which are union ran were not raided. Ref: Martin and Fender.  This is pure intimidation from the Federal government.
 (12) For targeting Tea Party and Constitutional groups for IRS audits and intimidation and unconstitutional requests like access to FACEBOOK and TWITTER accounts. All 4th Amendment violations.  I want the Communist in charge of the IRS fired and prosecuted. If the IRS wanted to see my Facebook page I would tell them to kiss my ass.  
 (13) For sending armed government agents onto private land of pig farmers  in Michigan to destroy small farmers pigs and to arrest any farm family standing in the way.   
 (14) For allowing the Dept. of Labor to fly drones over private farm property to spy on farmers and their cattle to see if the cattle were walking into wet lands and rivers etc. 4th Amendment violations.  This was challenged by some members of Congress the few left with a back bone.
 (15) For the illegal attack on Libya with cruise missiles in direct violation of Article 8 of the US Constitution and without the consent of Congress.  
 (16) For supporting and endorsing the United Nations over our Constitutional Republic and for supporting International law vice Constitutional law. 
 (17)  For giving Hamas 20.3 million dollars to bring Hamas refugees to the United States. Ref; HB 1388. 
 (18) For failing to reinstate the military tribunals and prosecute and execute the master minds of 9/11
 (19) For refusing to designate the terrorist attack and Fort Hood by Major Hassan. For failing to give purple hearts to the survivors and victims of this terrorist attack. For refusing to prosecute Major Hassan and bring him to justice and to bring some closure some of the suffering endured by the family members.
 (20) For signing into the law the Unconstitutional National Defense Authorization Act NDAA of 2012. This gives the US government the authority to hold US citizen without due process whom they consider a terrorist.  This violates the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution. 
 (21) For allowing Sharia Law t be enacted in some American courts in direct violation of the US Constitution. 
 (22) For appointing Richard Cordray who was rejected by the Congress violating the separation of powers. 
 (23) For waging war on the Catholic Church concerning contraceptive and abortion issues.  
 (24) For refusing to say the word "Under God" during the Pledge of Allegiance. 
 (25) For excluding the phrase "endowed by our creator." in several speeches  when referencing the Declaration of Independence. 
 (26) For giving tax payer money to the Muslim Brotherhood and for meeting with this terror group in the White House. 
 (27) For dismantling our nuclear forces while allowing North Korea and Iran to build theirs. 
 (28) For intimidating witnesses to the Benghazi attack and for preventing a proper investigation. For trying to mislead the American people on the events that unfolded Sept 11 2012 at the US mission in Libya.  For refusing to adequately defend the US Mission in Libya.  For refusing to answer requests for better security by the US Mission in Libya. For refusing to send aid and military support when it was requested by the US Ambassador.  For allowing a Muslim cleric to disrespect the Navy SEALs killed in Afghanistan at a prayer vigil. For removing senior military leaders from positional authority when they tried to launch a rescue mission into Libya with US Special Forces. 
 (29) For trying to dismantle the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution using the events in Ma as an excuse to disarm the American people.  President Obama more kids died from falling flat screen televisions last year than rifles. 

 Its time for you to resign Mr. Obama.  We the people with any semblance of intelligence figured you out in 2007 and 2008 and we have been fighting hard to stop your Marxist Communist agenda since day one.  Its a shame the rest of the sheep in this nation took so long to wake up but waking up they are.   I request you do us all a favor and resign.  It  will save us the tax payer the cost of impeaching you. And yes Sir we are going to impeach you.
