ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARRESTED AT TAX-FUNDED CONSTRUCTION SITE
 

Yesterday several illegal immigrants were turned over to federal immigration authorities after their arrest at a Wegman’s construction site in Pennsylvania.

According to a press release from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the project received a significant amount of taxpayer funding to create 217 jobs, including a $731,650 funding offer, a $200,000 opportunity grants, $97,650 in job training assistance, and $434,000 in job creation tax credits.
