FITZPATRICK FILES A THIRD COMPLAINT AGAINST OBAMA - PRAY FOR HIS SUCCESS

Third Criminal Complaint of Treason Filed Against Obama and His Assistants

“I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE COMPLICITY OF COWARDS”

Special Agent-in-Charge Richard L. Lambert has worked for the FBI since 1988. So why is he unable to investigate Obama's crimes?

(Aug. 5, 2011) — A third criminal complaint of treason has been filed by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee against Barack Hussein Obama and “Obama’s Criminal Assistants in commission of the crime of treason against the United States of America.”

Other recipients to whom the complaint was directed are Special Agent-in-Charge Richard L. Lambert of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the two federal grand juries in Knoxville, TN. The complaint sent to the federal grand juries via the U.S. Attorney was assigned certified mail number 7009 2820 0000 7085 8686, and that which was sent to Lambert was given number 7009 2820 0000 7085 8693. Fitzpatrick reported that “Both mailings were sealed and marked: “PERSONAL FOR.”

On August 4, 2011, Fitzpatrick reported that he attempted to contact the office of U.S. Attorney William C. Killian in Knoxville and that as soon as he stated his name and that he was recording the phone call, the call was terminated at Killian’s end. Killian is an Obama appointee.

Two previous complaints of treason were filed by Fitzpatrick and reported here and here. Fitzpatrick has also suggested the idea of a “Treason Summit” in response to or incorporated into the “Birther Summit” planned for March 28-30, 2012.

On July 16, 2011, a Treason campaign was launched on Twitter.

The new complaint was filed at 1:32 EDT on Friday, August 5, 2011.

SUBJECT: Formal criminal complaint naming Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS in commission of the crime of TREASON against the United States of America.

We are arrived at a point in our Nation’s life where Barack Hussein OBAMA and OBAMA’s CRIMINAL ASSISTANTS threaten the life of our Nation to the point of death. OBAMA and hisCRIMINAL COHORTS install an unconstitutional, rival and competing government that replaces our United States Constitution.
Mr. Obama’s unconstitutional government is thriving and growing. Under Mr. Obama the United States Constitution no longer operates. Mr. Obama and his outlaw partners enforce only their own unconstitutional, treasonous government.
Mr. Obama—exposed a foreign born domestic enemy—infiltrated the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, counterfeit, dissembling, and deceit.
On Tuesday, 2 August 2011 Mr. Barack Hussein Obama put into effect over his signature theJoint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction. Mr. Obama places into operation a form of government that is disconnected from the United States Constitution. The creation and operation of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction is neither the product of the amending process for the United States Constitution nor has the creation and operation of the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reductionreceived the approval by Ratification of any State of the fifty United States. Mr. Obama’s signing into effect the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction is an ACT of TREASON!
Law enforcement officials of every stripe are paralyzed in their unwillingness to do their duty. State and Federal judges are complicit in OBAMA’s TREASON and are derelict in the performance of their duties.
For members of the Federal Grand Juries: I refuse to accept the complicity of cowards. I insist and inspire YOU, the Federal Grand Jury, in the exercise of your Great Commission: The Power of Presentment. You are capable of transforming a collective fear and shame darkening this land into the peaceful exercise of constitutionally recognized law enforcement.
For FBI Special Agent-in-Charge Richard L. Lambert: Accept a copy of this writing as a formal criminal complaint. Act upon your own law enforcement authority.
For all: Be mindful and clear on this point, this point alone: We the People—in one aspect or another—are the final arbiters in this matter. We the People hold in our hands the final appeal our Declaration of Independence and United States Constitution command.
