The Senate Judiciary's Committee's confirmation process for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh erupted earlier today with tantrum-induced interruptions by the minority party senators amid disruptions from protestors who were removed by Capitol Hill police.

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) chided Senate Democrats saying the hearing for Brett Kavanaugh had degenerated into "mob rule."
 

"This is the first confirmation hearing that I've seen basically according to mob rule. We have rules in the Senate. We have norms for decorum."
