Using cement and/or cinder blocks to derail a train was their mantra for the last few weeks to protest "fracking" by oil companies. Union Pacific freight trains carrying oil from North Dakota travel that same corridor, but ANTIFA did not expect a passenger train making it's inaugural run from Seattle to Portland would occupy those same tracks.
