MORE ON LONDON ATTACKS

At about 10 PM, London time, a white van purposely drove into people walking across the London Bridge. Many were injured and the numbers of people killed are unknown.

Men, 3 estimated, exited the van and, with large knives, attacked anyone they could.

The police response was immediate.

Loud gunfire from automatic weapons was heard emanating from the police.

Shortly thereafter a woman nearby, Borough Market, was seen screaming warnings of "a man with a knife."

According to police there is an extensive manhunt for terrorists in London.
