BJ3 Commentary: OK, you asked.  What’s our view of the Comey Emails Walkback?  Well, it’s likely because there’s something new (which may have triggered an internal FBI  revolt, or was about to be exposed by someone else, etc.) or there isn’t (so he did a distraction to maybe fend off something else comin’ down the pike). In any case, the timing is interesting: it might just confirm the validity of favorable Trump polling in early voting results. Be that the case, then Comey would know that if elected Trump would immediately initiate re-investigation efforts...including on Comey...and the rest, folks, you can take from there.
