Colorado is gone, Texas is next, the rest will follow.

Obama has VERY QUIETLY been in direct communication with State Legislatures, telling them how to word this legislation and then pressing them to pass it. Colorado is through and waiting for the governors signature. 

The result is a police force reporting DIRECTLY to Obama and it grants full arrest authority over citizens, City and State Police, and, most importantly, County Sheriffs.

The bill in Colorado, and one already introduced in Texas, state that Secret Service can arrest any law enforcement authority who refuses to enforce the law. But The Law is redefined in these bills as "any rule, regulation, executive order, court order, statute or constitutional provision."

The County Sheriffs in America are elected by the citizens of the counties they serve. They are the last line of defense for those citizens against unconstitutional authority. Once the governor signs it, Colorado is no more. We will then be down to 49 Sovereign States in the Union.

What can you buy for $1.4 billion a year? You can buy the most luxurious and costly royal presidency in history.

Taxpayers spent $1.4 billion dollars on everything from staffing, housing, flying and entertaining President Obama and his family last year, according to the author of a new book on taxpayer-funded presidential perks.

In comparison, British taxpayers spent just $57.8 million on the royal family.

Author Robert Keith Gray writes in “Presidential Perks Gone Royal” that Obama isn’t the only president to have taken advantage of the expensive trappings of his office. But the amount of money spent on the first family, he argues, has risen tremendously under the Obama administration and needs to be reined in.

Gray told The Daily Caller that the $1.4 billion spent on the Obama family last year is the “total cost of the presidency,” factoring the cost of the “biggest staff in history at the highest wages ever,” a 50 percent increase in the numbers of appointed czars and an Air Force One “running with the frequency of a scheduled air line.”

Top 10 Errors In The Gang of Eight’s Immigration Bill

The Gang of 8′s immigration bill was finally released Wednesday morning. (Click here for the 844-page bill or here for the 19-page Senate summary.) While we’ll hear much lofty praise and pitches by its sponsors, particularly Senator Marco Rubio, let’s dig a little deeper and find what’s concerning, missing, or outright wrong in this bill.

1) There are no actual triggers of border enforcement or border security.
Repeat after me: there are no actual triggers. Crafty as ever, the bill’s summary, disclosed by the Senate, has a section misleadingly entitled: “Border Security Triggers.” It lists the two so-called triggers:

(1) “Trigger to Initial Adjustment of Status” (the ‘trigger’ necessary for the initial legalization, changing an undocumented immigrant to a “Registered Provision Immigrant”); and
(2) “Trigger to Adjustment of Status from Registered Provisional Immigrant Status to Lawful Permanent Resident Status” (the ‘trigger’ for then moving one from legal status to greencard/permanent resident)

But then one reads and realizes these ‘triggers’ aren’t really triggers at all.

Six months after the bill is enacted, the Secretary of Homeland Secuirty must submit a strategy plan for dealing with the high risk sections of the Southern border, as well as a strategy plan regarding border-fence improvement. The two [aforementioned] triggers are simply:
