Allow State and Local Governments and their Political Subdivision to Go Through Bankruptcy Reorganization. Where promises have been made that cannot be kept, just as in private business, the bankruptcy court could readjust things to reality. If I have so overreached in my dealings with someone else that I’ve bullied or tricked him or her, or a government entity, into promising way more than they can deliver, then I am......

Obama, Why Don’t You Just Resign?

Jun 26, 2012 02:31 pm

Barack Hussein Obama has decided that in order to punish Arizona for having dared enforce American immigration laws, he has ordered his federal agencies to basically stop working with Arizona’s law enforcement agencies concerning illegal immigrants. NEVADA NEEDS SENATOR DEAN HELLER

National Coalition for Homeless Veterans Endorses Women's Homeless Veterans Act

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) issued the following statement regarding the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans endorsement of the Women's Homeless Veterans Act (S. 3308). This bill, introduced by Senator Heller, would require at least 15 percent of funds provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs Grant and Per Diem Program to be allocated to homeless veterans with special needs, which provides assistance to homeless female veterans and children. It also reimburses shelters and facilities that provide services to children of homeless veterans.
“I am pleased that the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans has endorsed the Women's Homeless Veterans Act. As the demographics of our Armed Forces have changed throughout the years, so too have the needs of homeless veterans. Many homeless shelters were not designed to serve the needs of female veterans or homeless veterans with children. This legislation will provide much-needed assistance to homeless female veterans and their families. I will continue advocating for our nation’s heroes, and I am grateful for this endorsement,” said Senator Dean Heller.

NATIONAL RIGHT TO WORK IS NEUTERING UNIONS!

Dear Conservatives,

First, the good news.

Fresh off the heels of our United States Supreme Court victory in Knox v. SEIU, I thought I'd share with you some of the facts and figures from a memo our Legal Director recently sent me.

Since 1968, the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation's strategic litigation program has provided free legal aid to workers to fulfill two primary objectives:
1) To enforce employees' existing legal rights against forced unionism abuses; and
2) To win new legal precedents expanding these rights and protections.
Foundation attorneys have argued at the Supreme Court fifteen times and won several major cases including Hudson,AboodEllisLehnertBeckMillerDavenport, and Knox.

SENATOR RAND PAUL EXPLAINS WHY HOLDER IS IN CONTEMPT

Conservatives --

Last week, President Obama outrageously asserted “Executive Privilege” on tens of thousands of documents relating to the disastrous Operation Fast and Furious.

As you may know, under this program, the administration “walked” guns to Mexico so they could blame the increase violence on why they had to ramp up gun control here in the states.

Over 2,000 guns were “lost,” and in a horrible tragedy, Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed by drug cartels, and two of the weapons were discovered at the scene of the crime.

Last year, administration officials wrote a letter to Congress claiming any guns ending up in the hands of Mexican cartels was unintentional.
