Back during the great depression, Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.

Harry Truman deported over two million illegal  aliens after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.

My "I'm Tired" essay

Now has 813 comments on my blog. I had to read them all to post over the last 2.5 years, as I moderate comments to block Spam, too foul language and a couple of people who tried to take over the blog, posting long rants on everything. If you read them all (I wouldn't recommend it), you'd discover there are pretty much two points of view. Either I'm the second coming of George Washington and should be elected president by acclimation, or I'm a Nazi monster who should be burned at the stake. I'm too old, tired, sick and worn out to be president, so I guess it's the stake.

Ever since the failure of cap-and-trade, the administration has turned to the EPA to carry out its radical environmental agenda. Immediately after the 2010 election Obama was quoted saying "Cap-and-trade was just one way of skinning the cat; it was not the only way." The EPA is in the process of completing and finalizing 30 major regulations and 170 major policy rules that would impose hundreds of billions of dollars of compliance costs on the economy, killing jobs and threatening the economic recovery. There were, what was hoped as serious, Debt Ceiling negotiations being discussed between Obama and the GOP Representative, John Boehner. 


First Obama walked out, just as Biden had, as he sought to blame Boehner for the failure of negotiations. Then Boehner walked out of the ensuing session as Obama was 'playing games' and not negotiating in good faith.

Rep. David Wu has been accused of an “unwanted sexual encounter” with the teenage daughter of a longtime friend, the latest scandal to engulf the troubled Oregon Democrat.
