SCOTUS - ACT AND RULE NOW!

Cuccinelli to seek immediate Supreme Court review in Virginia health-care suit

By Rosalind S. Helderman

Virginia Attorney General Ken T. Cuccinelli II (R) announced Thursday that will seek immediate review by the U.S. Supreme Court of the state's constitutional challenge to the federal health-care overhaul, a rare legal request to bypass the appellate court and ask for early intervention from the nation's highest court.

A U.S. District Court judge in Virginia ruled in December that it is unconstitutional to require individuals to purchase health insurance, as envisioned in the law. The federal government appealed and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is scheduled to hear the case in May. Lawyers for the Justice Department will likely fight Cuccinelli's motion to skip appellate review.

OUR OWN GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLEGAL ALIEN INFLUX

States raise record number of immigration bills in 2011
In January 2011 alone, more than 600 immigration bills seeking to limit the rights of illegal immigrants have been filed by state lawmakers. Last year, 1,400 bills were introduced but only 131 resolutions were adopted. For every SB 1070, there are many more bills that get introduced but don’t have the political momentum to make their way through committee and hearing and onto the floor. Many states aren’t even willing to put forward tougher immigration bills because of the inevitability of facing costly lawsuits. We have to let states know that illegal immigration is still a priority, just as the economy is, for Americans everywhere. Without our help, states might not realize they already have the momentum they need to pass and enforce tougher illegal immigration laws.

CALIFORNIA BOYCOTTED BUT NOW SEES THE TRUTH

California legislator files Arizona-style immigration bill
Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, R-Twin Peaks, would make it a crime in California to be in the country illegally in a bill he proposed that is similar to Arizona’s SB 1070. This bill would end “sanctuary cities” and require all employers to use E-Verify, a free, federal program that is Internet-based and allows employers to check the eligibility of potential employees to work in the U.S. It also would make it a misdemeanor to be in the country illegally and increase the penalty for those convicted of human-trafficking into California for the purpose of sex slavery.

NAPOLITANO LIED! IMMIGRATION BY ILLEGALS REMAINS UNABATED!

Number of illegal immigrants holding steady
According to a new estimate by the Pew Hispanic Center, the two-year decline in the number of illegal immigrants in the U.S. because of the recession has halted. As of March 2010, 11.2 million undocumented immigrants lived in the U.S. down from 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. in 2007. However, the newest number suggests that the number of new unauthorized immigrants entering the country is balanced by those leaving. Clearly, the only silver-lining in the current economic situation is the decline in the immigrant population, but experts say to expect larger numbers of illegal immigrants as the economy rebounds.

WHY IS OBAMA ADMINISTRATION HIDING TRUTH ABOUT INFLATION, UNEMPLOYMENT AND TAXATION?

INFLATION RISING
By: Lee S Gliddon Jr

Gasoline prices rising as well as the prices for food, clothing, utilities and most everything yet the Obama Administration reports, "There is low, if any, inflation."

If you will recall the years of the Carter Administration you recall prices of everything skyrocketed. Automobiles doubled in price and gasoline lines stretched around the block and prices for gasoline soared. Milk, egg, bread and even soup prices increased 20% and old Jimmy kept grinning!

Obama thinks his manufactured Egyptian crisis will take America's minds off of unemployment and inflation but he is sadly mistaken. Sadly!

Withing months the price of a single gallon of gasoline with DOUBLE and necessary commodities will experience substantial increases.

Jobs will not return as long as Obama warns that it is his intent to overturn the Bush tax relief and return to taxing businesses (the rich) more than ever before.

Higher taxes, inflation and continued high unemployment are America's future so long as Obama remains in the White House. However, his minions will remain loyal and deny high taxation, they will deny inflation and certainly deny high unemployment. Why, you ask?

Simple, they are either on food stamps, Czars, getting free (paid by our taxes) money or Unions!

Wake up America. Wake up to facts!

WHO DOES OBAMA THINK HE IS FOOLING?

The old Obama in new clothing
By Charles Krauthammer
Friday, January 28, 2011;

The November election sent a clear message to Washington: less government, less debt, less spending. President Obama certainly heard it, but judging from his State of the Union address, he doesn't believe a word of it. The people say they want cuts? Sure they do - in the abstract. But any party that actually dares carry them out will be punished severely. On that, Obama stakes his reelection.
No other conclusion can be drawn from a speech that didn't even address the debt issue until 35 minutes in. And then what did he offer? A freeze on domestic discretionary spending that he himself admitted would affect a mere one-eighth of the budget.

CONTEMPT OF COURT - OBAMA'S LEGACY

U.S. Administration In Contempt Over Gulf Drilling Moratorium, Judge Rules

The Obama Administration acted in contempt by continuing its deepwater-drilling moratorium after the policy was struck down, a New Orleans judge ruled.
Interior Department regulators acted with “determined disregard” by lifting and reinstituting a series of policy changes that restricted offshore drilling, following the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history, U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled yesterday.
“Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance,” Feldman said in the ruling.
“Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the re-imposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium, and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt,” Feldman said.
