Florida has a chance to get a great law passed related to the hiring of ILLEGALS (or should I say against the hiring of ILLEGALS?). Employers need to be forced to make sure they aren't hiring ILLEGALS - resulting in the reduction of the number of ILLEGALS here taking jobs that belong to LEGAL AMERICANS. I've long said that there needs to be a very HIGH cost to employers who hire ILLEGALS and I still maintain that opinion. This act, as I understand it, will encourage those employers to make sure they hire LEGAL workers.
If you have friends living in Florida AND registered to vote in Florida share this with them and encourage them to ACT on it.

The text of the bill below is as of Jan 3, 2019 (Introduced). There are a lot of problems with this gun control bill. There are already laws in each state that prohibit individuals judged incompetent to own firearms plus Federal Law Under 18 U.S.C. § 922(d), it is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person “has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution.” This bill would allow a state magistrate to serve you with order prohibiting you with purchasing a gun, ammunition or possessing a gun for up to 1 year without any psychological examination by qualified shrink/PhD etc. Ordering a mental health exam is only up to court and not a definite prerequisite to the state issuing an Extreme Risk Protection Order!!
