A comment re Cruz at the debate....BJ3: Did I miss something...or is Cruz so desperate that he’s totally lost his mind? What was with his implied ad hominem about Trump’s mother?  Is he saying that Trump is not “NBC” eligible because Trump’s mother was not born in the USA? I was born in the USA.  Both of my parents were naturalized Americans. The only issue re “NBC” and naturalization is whether the birth was AFTER a person’s naturalization. And also, in Trump’s mother case, he was indeed born AFTER she was naturalized. So, unless I hear otherwise, that inaccurate cheapshot just about does it for any chance of Cruz getting our help.  Comments?

The 9 p.m. ET debate will feature real estate mogul Donald Trump; Texas Senator Ted Cruz; Florida Senator Marco Rubio; retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; New Jersey Governor Chris Christie; former Florida Governor Jeb Bush; and Ohio Governor John Kasich.
