“A North Las Vegas elementary school teacher arrested last week on multiple charges of child molestation has a history of inappropriately touching children, a prosecutor said in court Tuesday. Deputy District Attorney Jacqueline Bluth told a North Las Vegas judge that Jeremiah Mazo, 54, previously faced child molestation charges in June 2008 that were dismissed and sealed after Mazo completed certain ‘requirements.’”

First, why weren’t his fingers chopped off after the first offense?
