It appears that America has no lawful government operating at any level. The lawful authority of our country has been hijacked by unscrupulous people, who are impersonating public officers.

Our country has been hijacked by people who have acted with no delegated authority from the people. All actions imposed since 1865 were not done with the consent of the governed and are therefore null and void. What better time than on the new year to act on these matters?

We’ve heard a lot about Harry Reid’s “Nuclear Option” to kill any power Senate Republicans might have thought they had. Now we face the threat of John Boehner using the House version of the “Nuclear Option” which he will likely sneak into law during a marathon Friday night/Saturday morning session as a last ditch weapon to keep the TEA party from gaining power and saving America from people like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (USCoC).

Why are 8 Democrats sponsoring a bill to eliminate the death penalty for treason?

Nearly a year ago, on January 2, 2012, eight Democrats in the House introduced a curious piece of legislation – H.R. 3741: Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act of 2013, which seeks to abolish the death penalty under federal law. But the bill has only just been discovered by the media, notably The Hill on Dec. 16, 2013.

HR 3741 specifically prevents anyone from being sentenced to death or put to death for all federal offenses that presently would bring the death penalty. Those offenses include:

1. Homicide-related offenses:

President Obama is using the IRS to destroy or render powerless his political adversaries. He has been caught doing this in previous elections, but continues politicizing the IRS nonetheless.
Now, recently proposed IRS guidelines subvert a Supreme Court ruling and impose even more restrictions on organizations that dare oppose Barack Obama’s agenda. He fully intends to impact the outcome of the 2014 elections through the IRS!

There is the idea among conservatives that if we elect enough Republicans, we can straighten out the political mess the Democrats have made of this nation. That somehow Republicans will come to power and erase Obamacare, nix the NSA, take Homeland Security in hand, reduce taxes and balance the budget. This idea comes from their campaign literature. This is what they run on time and time again: restraining government, reducing taxes, market oriented solutions to our problems. This is what conservatives vote for over and over, but just like the ethnic and racial minorities on the Democratic side of the equation, the problems never get fixed.
