TRANSPARENCY-BARACK OBAMA'S BEST-KEPT SECRET: PART 7

In the first of my last two letters (transparancy 5 & 6) I elaborated on why Barack Obama's constant boasts of being "transparent" were bald-faced lies. The second letter dealt with his completely ignoring Army Lt.Col.Terrence Lakin, an American who gave eighteen years of faithful service to our Country, receiving, among other commendations, the Bronze Star. After hearing of many challenges to Obama's Presidential eligibility Col.Lakin wrote to him for confirmation that he had been Constitutionaly elected, and, therefore entitled to command our Military. Since Obama and the Colonel had both taken similar oaths to defend The Constitution, Col.Lakin simply wanted Obama to put this issue to rest. One year later, having received no response, Col.Lakin refused a re-deployment overseas until Obama offered valid proof of his eligibility. Sadly,Obama's non-response hastened a court-martial of Col.Lakin. At his trial, the presiding Judge warned Col.Lakin's attorneys that anything which might "embarrass" Obama could not be entered into the proceedings. Even if evidence confirmed that he fraudulently obtained the Presidency (a treasonable offense) it would have been inadmissable because Obama's actions were of no concern to the Court. Embarrassment trumped Truth as justice was banned from the courtroom and Col.Lakin suffered a guilty verdict, resulting in a dishonorable discharge, imprisonment and loss of all pay and benefits. Is this how America rewards its faithful Military?

1. On 12.23.2013 it was reported that Mr. Barack Obama enrolled in the ACA, also known as Obamacare.

2. At issue is the fact that Mr. Obama is using a Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which failed E-Verify and SSNVS, two official agencies of the US government used to identify invalid Social Security numbers.

3. The public is aware of the Social Security Number, which Mr. Obama is using, as on April 15, 2010 11 am, Mr. Obama posted his tax returns on line on whitehouse.gov and did not flatten the pdf file and the public could see that the number he is using is a CT SSN. Later Mr. Obama has reposted a redacted number, but by then thousands of people could see the full unredacted Social Security he is using. Later, as checked through E-Verify and SSNVS, the number showed as not assigned to Barack Obama.

Dear Conservatives,

Congress is back home for the Holidays, creating a calm before the storm set to hit when the House and Senate will once again have to reach a deal on spending to avert a government shutdown by January 15th.

Your Senators and Representatives should be in their districts and states right now and they need to hear from you to protect religious liberties of employers and individuals from the onerous HHS mandate. The HHS mandate forces all employers to provide health plans that include drugs that can destroy human embryos, contraceptives and sterilizations for free.... even if they have religious or moral objections to such coverage!

If Congress does not act, religious employers will be either forced to violate their conscience due to the HHS mandate or drop healthcare coverage for their employee's altogether.

I am hesitant to bring such a serious development to your attention shortly before Christmas, but because you are a patriot who actively resists the Obama administration’s tyrannical power grabs, I know you want to be aware of what our adversaries are doing to further subvert our constitutional republic.

President Barack Obama’s IRS has proposed regulations designed to silence and greatly restrict the activities of Liberty Counsel Action and other 501 (c)(4) non-profit organizations during the upcoming election year (the numbers refer to the IRS code section under which non-profit lobbying and social welfare organizations are regulated).

The proposed new guidelines were quietly announced in the Federal Register just before the Thanksgiving holiday period and include a “public commentary” period until February 27, 2014. This news has been overshadowed by Harry Reid’s “nuclear” Senate ramrodding through radical judicial and administrative appointments and the shocking persecution of Duck Dynasty’s patriarch, Phil Robertson.

After being caught intentionally targeting conservative groups in the prior two elections, now the President wants his IRS to totally silence the voices of his political adversaries!
