JUDGES MUST SUPPORT U.S. CONSTITUTION
ALERT: Judiciary Committee approves of anti-gun Judge Robert Wilkins! Take Action! Tell Senators to OPPOSE his confirmation!

On Thursday, the Senate Judiciary Committee nodded in favor of Judge Robert Leon Wilkins - Barack Obama's anti-gun nominee for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Wilkins, tapped by Obama in June, has historically stood against gun rights and against the Second Amendment.
As D.C. District Court judge, Wilkins last September decided that non-resident American citizens do not have the right to purchase firearms while in the United States in accord with the unconstitutional Gun Control Act of 1968. (Dearth v Holder, 2012)
Rather than striking down unconstitutional federal legislation, Wilkins' ruled against an American citizen's natural right to defense - protected by the Second and Ninth amendments.
Judges are to challenge unconstitutional laws and defend our natural rights, not do the opposite!

Governor today! Okay, and honest story about why you're getting the
Morning Briefing so late this morning. My wife asked me to clean the
kitchen last night since she cooked supper. I got up to the Briefing,
realized I had forgotten to clean the kitchen, so I did that and went
back to bed. A few hours later, here I am realizing there was something
else I was supposed to do before the sun went up. Sorry.

1. ENDA, Moral Bankruptcy, and Failed Senate Leadership
Over the past few years of defacto Democrat supermajority control
of the Senate, we have pointed out that legislative battles are won or
lost long before the vote is cast. When
Democrats stay unified on an issue and relentlessly pick off Republican
votes for radical initiatives as GOP leaders remain silent, they will
win every time. Hence, that is why we need a voice, not just a vote to represent our concerns in Washington.
