Comment: This may be one of the BEST reasons to be against this bill...the phony Bill below. This is the SAME, lying, anti-USA phony sell-out who showed on camera (we have the reording still) a 2008 electronic CoLB image and swore that this was BHO's original Hawaiian Birth Certificate, that he obtained directly from Hawaii. This always makes our FOIA requesters go nuts because they could get NOTHING from Hawaii. RUSH: It turns out if you read this story, things are even worse than we thought, because even some Republicans are helping to shield Obama's involvement. In fact, even the New York Times says that these Republicans, quote, "do not want to be seen by their constituents as carrying out the will of Mr. Obama."
RUSH: Washington does not want to stop illegal immigration. That's what all of this boils down to, and you know it and I know it, and that's why there is no trust. That is the umbrella under which all of this is happening. A vast majority of the American people simply do not trust Washington to fix this problem.
Comment: OH and by the way, speaking about amnesty...The NY Yankees baseball team yesterday brought up from their minor league team a player named Zoilo Almonte. Almonte, from the Dominican Republic has been with the Yankees' organization since he was 17 and joined their Developmentqal Team (or whatever called...in my view to get lower economic country players at a cheap prioce and then build them into major leaguers). In his first aty bat, he got a slap single and then last got 3 more hits including a home-run.
So naturally, this young "phenom", now 24 (being with the Yankees' Organization for 7 years) was interviewed post-game game, on camera. And, guess what. he didn't speak English.
Now, let me get this straight, this 7-year NY Yankees' trained baseball player does not speak English...and we're supposed to believe that illegals are going to learn English after they are given amnesty?????
If you buy that, then we know of some lousy swampland in a nearby state that you might also buy.
