BRITISH expats living across Europe were warned last night to take their money out of foreign banks in the wake of the Cyprus financial crisis.

Nigel Farage has warned that savings in countries that use the euro are no longer safe

Ukip leader Nigel Farage told the party's spring conference that savings held in countries where the euro is the currency are no longer safe.

His warning came as Cyprus last night gave in to EU and International Monetary Fund demands for a 20 per cent levy on deposits over 100,000 euros at the Bank of Cyprus and a four per cent levy on deposits of the same amount at other banks.

Yesterday Mr Farage said: "The appalling events in Cyprus over the course of the past week have surpassed even my direst of predictions.

"Even I didn't think that they would stoop to stealing money from people's bank accounts. I find that astonishing.

"There are 750,000 British people who own properties, or who live, many of them in retirement down in Spain.

"Our message to expats now that the EU has crossed this line, must be: Get your money out of there while you've still got a chance."

Gunshots fired at Border Patrol Agents in Southern Arizona, March 21

You didn’t hear about this attack on the news two nights ago because the Obama Administration is covering up the shooting war going on at our southern border so he can ram through a mass amnesty for his amigos in Mexico City and their front groups here in the U.S. 3 agents have been attacked and killed by Mexican smugglers near the border in the past 3 years under Obama and hundreds more have been wounded. The Mexican smugglers and cartel assassins are very emboldened now because they know the U.S. is not serious about border security and sovereignty. All they hear out of Washington is that a mass amnesty for everyone is coming and there is no resistance from the American people. How many more brave border agents must die for Washington’s open border, mass waves of poor illegals/”cheap” labor, and thousands of tons of deadly drugs?

Wake up, America. Call Congress and demand they secure our border now. No amnesty.

Without the usual commentary about Barry Soetoro aka Obama and what he's done and is doing to this country, is there any way to get him out of the White House?

There has been a cry to impeach Soetoro for years by well intentioned, patriotic Americans who don't understand the issue of 'natural born citizen' and why Soetoro cannot be impeached. I'm not going to rehash it here because I've covered it in several columns already.[1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]

You cannot impeach a usurper because as a candidate who had no legal right to be on the ballot, no one had the right to vote for him. Willard Romney won the election in November 2012, because Soetoro wasn't an eligible candidate. An impeachment would serve the shadow government quite well because every bill he signed into "law" would remain as legitimate, as would the unlawful confirmations of two U.S. Supreme Court Justices, Sotomayer and Kagan. Stop all the petitions to impeach Soetoro. It would set one of the worst precedents in our history because it would open the door for more impostors to lie and cheat their way into the White House.

       Rush was talking about Thomas Perez. Although you may not know his name, as Limbaugh claimed, if Senate Republicans ALLOW him to be confirmed, he would be "the most radical, left-wing cabinet member in history."

       Make no mistake, Barack Obama nominated this hard-core Hugo Chavez radical to be Secretary of Labor to see just how far he can go... and just how much he can get away with ... he's daring Republicans to stop him and that is exactly what we must force them to do.

       As conservative columnist and former Justice Department official J. Christian Adams put it, Obama is simply issuing "a challenge to Republican Senators: in nominating Tom Perez as Labor secretary, he implies that Senate Republicans don't have either the guts or organizational skill to stop what would become perhaps the most radical left-wing cabinet member in history." And Adams adds: "Whether the president is right about GOP senators remains to be seen."

This past week was the first week in the trial of Kermit Gosnell, the Philadelphia-based abortion practitioner who is behind some of the most gruesome acts that have ever been committed in the abortion industry.

Not only would he "snip" the spinal cords of these babies, an untrained staffer admitted this week that she would also use medical scissors intended to help bring forth new life to subject babies to a horrific death.
