If you're new to learning about UN Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development you'd be understandably confused about what it is and how it impacts you and your area. You may be wondering how something that affects every aspect of your life including education, health care, law enforcement, energy, land use, and economic development could have eluded your attention for more than 20 years.
How could this have happened?
This is a public relations campaign--the biggest. Your government knows that if you knew what the plan was about in 1992 you would have objected to living under a dictatorship. You would have objected to having your educational system converted to a social indoctrination camp. You would have been distressed to learn that representative government was to be transitioned to non-representational government by appointed boards and commissions that you have no control over. So the propaganda campaign was in full force to hide the source and goals of 'Sustainable Development.'
It's only recently that the press even admits that UN Agenda 21 exists. Did the United Nations chose to call it the 'Agenda for the 21st Century' purposely in order to block further investigation? It sounds crazy. Up until very recently anyone who referred to UN Agenda 21 was labeled a 'conspiracy theorist' or a nut. Now the press acknowledges its existence but says it is a non-binding, twenty year old plan that has no impacts on local government. The United Nations, you are told, is ineffectual and the US just ignores proclamations and agreements it doesn't like.

I wonder why our news media will not report the truth of what is going on with the “border wars”. It is their failure to report the drug cartels use of our inaction to bring the violence of Mexico to the US and our governments open support that concerns me. The answer, of course, is that reporting the truth would not promote their agenda of total gun control, Socialism in America , and a one world government.

MICHAEL BEHENNA UPDATE = SCOTUS INVOLVED
To the thousands of Michael Behenna supporters,
On January 2, 2013 we filed a petition to the US Supreme Court on Michael’s behalf. The Government almost immediately waived their response to this petition. However on January 28th, the Supreme Court, in a rare move for military cases, requested a response from the Government. This is a hopeful sign since the likelihood of the Supreme Court hearing a case where both sides have not responded is very low. Although this request does not guarantee the Supreme Court will hear Michael’s case, it shows that the Court is taking our petition very seriously as a landmark use of force issue for the protection of all our armed fighting forces, as well as US civilian law enforcement.
On January 22, 2013, Vicki and I testified in Washington, DC before the Department of Defense sub-committee charged with the responsibility to report on the use of military justice in a combat zone. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta set up the committee to determine if the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) was being correctly applied in war zone situations.

2. Faulty Premises and Outlooks Formed
As I noted earlier the very cast of characters who tried to bring us “big government conservatism” and wound up seeding the tea party movement are at it again. This time they want to defeat conservatives by pooling millionaire dollars to label a bunch of squishes “conservative.”
They are, in essence, painting targets on the backs of a lot of candidates, making anyone they support suspect and ripe for defeat. But, truth be told, I am not sure how effective they can be. Their presuppositions they used are faulty and I think that will cascade into their foundation.
