Just a simple decision and the resolve of character would take generations to repair.   The GOP has already started their new efforts to reclaim ground,but the result will not be effective.The most the republicans can accomplish is nothing. Just as the GOP's effort in the 2010 Tea Party Hi-Jack'n, all we got was the same  politicians re-elected and the same policies and not 1 promise fulfilled.

President Obama's Actions Ruled Unconstitutional: He Must Go

When Barack Obama appointed three officials to the National Labor Relations Board in January 2012 without Senate approval he was acting unconstitutionally, according to U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington. In a unanimous ruling, U.S. Circuit Judge David Sentelle wrote, “Considering the text, history and structure of the Constitution, these appointments were invalid from their inception.” . Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution gives the President authority to appoint senior federal officials if the Senate is in recess. In this case, they were not. Fax Congress Now! Obama has willfully ignored our laws. He ordered his Justice Department to no longer enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, and has consistently refused to allow States to enforce immigration law. He ignored the WARN Act just before the election. He refused to prosecute New Black Panther Party members who disenfranchised voters in Pennsylvania. He will not allow illegal immigrants married to homosexuals to be deported. And he oversaw the huge Fast and Furious Operation and subsequent cover-up, an illegal operation meant to gain support for gun control that led to the deaths of several Americans.

HB 1616-support! Please vote in favor of HB1616: Makers of drones are pushing Congress to open the skies to their use to provide law-enforcement and local code enforcers the ability to spy on you.   In Virginia, the law prohibits law-enforcement from tracking you using GPS or to intercept your personal communications without a warrant.  Why is that? Because it violates the 4th amendment. Why, then, should they be allowed to use unmanned drones to follow you and take pictures of you to track your activity without a warrant? HB1616 prohibits the domestic use of drones for surveillance by state agencies, organizations, or any department of law enforcement in Virginia without a warrant. The bill came up late in the day on Monday, January 21. Arguments from both sides were heard but there were members of the committee who had not read the 13-page bill so it was carried over until their next meeting on Monday, January 28, 2013.
