1. Obama Campaign is Like a Chicken With its Head Cut Off

We’re two weeks away and signs point to the Obama campaign flailing about like a chicken with its head cut off — or more precisely Florida, North Carolina, and, of all things, Virginia cut off. Colorado too seems to be slipping out of Obama’s reach making Ohio more and more necessary. Paul Ryan has begun making incursions into Western Pennsylvania, which gets Ohio media markets, but also helps Republicans in Pennsylvania — something Obama cannot do for Democrats.

Within a week, the Obama campaign will probably trot out some blonde somebody with Gloria Alred to claim Mitt Romney and his five sons have all been sharing her. It will be their October Surprise. No doubt Eric Holder will be enlisted to drum up a few indictments too. They’ll pin their hopes on last minute fiction.

Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador murdered in Libya, played a central role in recruiting jihadists to fight Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria, according to Egyptian security officials speaking to WND.

Stevens served as a key contact with the Saudis to coordinate the recruitment by Saudi Arabia of Islamic fighters from North Africa and Libya. The jihadists were sent to Syria via Turkey to attack Assad’s forces, said the security officials

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney boosted his foreign policy credentials with the announcement of his Military Advisory Committee, which includes over 300 retired military generals and admirals who are supporting Romney for President.

The list includes two of the most important military commanders of the last decade, such as General Tommy Franks, who commanded our troops through the initial invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq as well as General James Conway, who helped oversee "the Surge" in Iraq and is one of the most popular Commandants the Marine Corps ever had.

"I'm proud to be supporting Mitt Romney in this critical election about our nation's future," said General Tommy Franks, USA (Ret.), Past Commander, U.S. Central Command. "Governor Romney is committed to restoring America's leadership role in the world. Instead of playing politics with our military, he will strengthen our defense posture by reversing the President's devastating defense cuts. The fact of the matter is that we cannot afford another four years of feckless foreign policy. We need level-headed leadership which will protect our interests and defend our values with clarity and without apology."

"I consider the unprecedented national debt amongst the five greatest threats to the security of our great nation," said General James Conway, USMC (Ret.), Past Commandant of the Marine Corps. "And yet, I see no indication the current administration, if re-elected, is intent on changing that trajectory. Clearly Defense should bear a portion of the burden in order to regain control of our debt, but the idea of massive military cuts -- at a time of increased global instability-should not even be in the cards. As I listen to Mitt Romney, I am convinced that he 'gets it'."

This is extremely important news in our efforts to show why we must defeat Obama and elect a new President who would be a better leader for our troops and better equipped to meet the challenges to security and will not apologize for America's greatness.

Comment: Should Mr. Obama lose, and should this 4-year "Obama PR MainStreamMedia" go down with the ship (devastating all their stockholders) even as private polls show a resurgence of 35% or more "Conservative/Reagan Democrats" swing votes, the only media that will benefit are those those jump ship NOW...and just as soon as ONE does that unabashedly, there is no telling how fast what will then happen happens.
