NEXT WEEK ALL MILITARY BASES GO ON 3-WEEK ALERT

Hi, Steve,

This is my first time writing you and I have something that caught my
attention on Thursday, September 6, 2012.

I had Jury Duty and the judge asked if anyone could not serve on a 3 week
criminal case please state your reason. A Naval Reserve officer said that he has been on call for a week and that next week all bases are gearing up for something.
He stressed that twice with the judge that it will happen next week, and ALL Bases are being called and he couldn't serve. The judge asked him how long will you be on duty and he said for the next three weeks.

My ears perked up because 9-11's 11 year anniversay is next week, and I
found out Obama has called for a 3 day prayer for this event. I don't know Obama's motives but isn't memorial services just a few minutes
of silence to remember the victims?

Why 3 days of prayer?

Anyway it didn't set right with me.

Conservatives, It was interesting to hear President Obama speak at the Democratic National Convention. I found it extraordinarily disappointing -- because in his speech four years ago and in the years since, Barack Obama laid out a whole series of lofty promises. Yet I can think of very few promises Barack Obama has actually kept. He said he'd raise incomes for people -- but in reality they've gone down by over $4,000 a family. He said he would cut the deficit in half -- but in reality he doubled it. He said he'd create more new businesses and encourage entrepreneurs to do so -- but in reality we are at a 30-year low in new business start-ups. He said he'd get Americans back to work -- but in fact, unemployment has been above 8% for 43 straight months, and 23 million Americans have stopped looking for work, are out of work, or are underemployed. It is a national tragedy.

We've written a lot of words since starting our articles in 2004 and continuing with the Parallax Prophecies column in August of 2011.  We've covered a lot of territory in those articles about the condition of America and how she, her constitution and her freedom are on life supports right now.  Many more conservative authors have added to the dialogue.  As Carl Sagan says, we have been bamboozled by charlatans and now most Americans won't acknowledge or admit to the bamboozle and are quite satisfied with the status quo, even though the status quo gets progressively worse over time.  Take special note of the word "progressively", as in progressives.
