FOX News' Martha MacCallum Threw Senator John Barrasso A Softball...
Martha MacCallum filed a four minute report on the story. Throwing Senator John Barrasso a softball, she asked him what exactly could be done. While she asked the question within the context of what actions these nine attorneys general might take,
the implication was clear: What are you, Mr. Barrasso, going to do now that the Obama Regime stands accused, by the chief law enforcement officers of nine states, of 21 criminal acts.
But Barrasso didn't swing and miss, he watched the softball float across the plate for a called strike. After blustering and bloviating that he believes that Obama has
"total disregard for the law" and
"the Constitution," he blathered:
"We're going to see hearings in the Supreme Court later this month about the health care law."
