OBAMACARE TO SCOTUS - A SURPRISE

Health suit might head to SCOTUS

The Obama administration chose not to ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to re-hear a pivotal health reform case Monday, signaling that it’s going to ask the Supreme Court to decide whether President Barack Obama’s health reform law is constitutional.

The move puts the Supreme Court in the difficult position of having to decide whether to take the highly politically charged case in the middle of the presidential election.

The Justice Department is expected to ask the court to overturn an August decision by a panel of three judges in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that found the law’s requirement to buy insurance is unconstitutional. The suit was brought by 26 states, the National Federation of Independent Business, and several individuals.

RID NEVADA OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH UNIONS

Jon Ralston thinks government employees should have more rights than the taxpayers who pay their salaries!

Sign Petition Allowing Citizens toVote Up-or-Down on Collective Bargaining Agreements for Government Employees

Dear Fellow Conservative,

Out-of-control pay and benefit packages for public employees at the local, state and federal levels are bankrupting governments everywhere.

And the situation is even worse in jurisdictions where public employees enjoy the privilege of "collective bargaining."

WHY DOES THIS CONTINUE?

ILLEGAL ALIENS RECEIVE BILLIONS IN IRS TAX CREDITS

According to a report released by the U.S. Treasury, illegal immigrants received $4.2 billion in refundable credits for the 2010 tax year even though they are not even authorized to work in the United States. In its report, the Treasury also noted that Obama’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 made it even more lucrative to be an illegal immigrant in the U.S. by increasing tax credit eligibility by changing the income threshold and doling out higher tax refunds to illegal immigrants. In fact, in 2010, illegal immigrants received $4.2 billion in refunds, an increase from $925 million in 2005. Meanwhile, those illegal immigrants paid in cash “under the table” and file no taxes at all are still receiving public benefits despite federal and state laws.

THE U.S.A. MUST GET OUT OF THE U.N. AND STOP GIVING THEM OUR MONEY TO BE SQUANDERED

Prohibit Federal Support for a New U.N. Building Until the U.N. Provides Detailed Information

I don't know about you, but I find this truly unbelievable. Well, actually, no I don't, not anymore after seeing what has come from this Obama Administration.

An excert of this article:
Earlier this summer, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed legislation, passed by both houses of the New York legislature, that would permit New York City to sell, transfer, or lease the property of the Robert Moses Playground to the United Nations to build a second office tower adjacent to the current United Nations building. There are some local issues and concerns that must be overcome by October 10, 2011, before the deal can be finalized, but the deal appears to be moving quickly toward completion.

DEMS RECOVERY IN 2009 A MYTH

Into The Shadow.

Have you ever wondered just what happens to all those people we keep reading about in the news, and in the government’s seriously flawed demography, who have just dropped out of sight in this depression? Yes… depression.
I’ve had it with the cutesy defining of a recession that in no way ended in 2009, as the politicians and their pet economic idiot savants claim. “Why, Skip” you say, “we had two quarters of positive growth in 2009″. Okay, and if you believe that math, I have some shares in Solyndra for sale for you, cheap.

THE HOUSE DID COMPROMISE AND REID LIES MORE B.S.

A majority of Americans say it's more important that political leaders in Washington compromise in order to get things done rather than stick to their beliefs, even as Congress heads for a government shutdown for the second time in less than two months because of partisan divisions.

Vetting Governor Christie on Illegal Aliens

By ‘clarifying’ his position on illegal aliens and the DREAM act during the GOP debate in Orlando, Governor Rick Perry managed to insult millions of good American people (most of whom are blessed with hearts) who sincerely believe that illegals are a serious threat to this nation’s homeland security, sovereignty, and above all else, the rule of law.
Those same patriots also believe that any actions which reward illegals with in-state tuition, driver’s licenses, and other benefits serve only to encourage ever greater numbers to come here illegally.
Consequently, as the Rick Perry candidacy smolders in the ruins of self-inflicted waterboarding, conservatives looking for a candidate with a strong, pro-America resume on illegal aliens have been forced to rethink and reboot.
