(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama told CBS News today that there may not be enough money in the U.S. Treasury to cover Social Security checks after Aug. 3 if Congress does not agree to lift the legal limit on the federal debt and allow his administration to borrow more money.

The TV program showed Obama's image adorning t-shirts, tattoos and everything in between. Winning 96% of the black vote, Obama was truly black America's impossible dream come true.

Eight illegal immigrants from Mexico were arrested on drug charges after federal and Las Vegas law enforcement officials seized 208 pounds of methamphetamine and four pounds of heroin worth an estimated street value of $5.7 million. Police also seized $280,000 in cash, six guns and nine vehicles.

The drugs were manufactured in Mexico and smuggled across the border into the U.S. Officials are still trying to determine whether those involved have ties to Mexico’s brutal drug cartels.

This was the largest methamphetamine bust in Nevada history.

Farmers and construction businesses alike are fearing a shortage of labor once the law goes into effect this fall, but state lawmakers claim that this will only open up opportunities for American citizens and legal residents.

For example, under the guise of helping black Republicans get elected, a notice is being circulated on the Internet, which includes the false charge that Republican Party leaders are denying access to voter registration rolls to black Republican candidates. In fact, voter registration rolls are made available, free of charge, to all political candidates by county and state election officials.

Suppose your alcoholic son comes to you and says “Dad, I am only making $46,000 a year on my job but it takes me $78,000 to live. My credit cards are maxed out at $243,000 and the bank is threatening to cut off my line of credit on August 2nd. You have to help me keep borrowing!”

My reply would be “No, son, you need to drink less, work more, quit borrowing, and spend some of your $46,000 income to pay down your bills.”
