Back in 2009 a special election for New York’s 23rd Congressional District created major problems for Republicans, resulting in a loss to Democrats that should have never happened. In that special election county (party) chairs selected the nominee, leaving party voters out of the process.
As a result, leftist Republican Dede Scozzafava got the nod from party bosses and became the official Republican candidate to face Democrat Bill Owens in the general special election. The problem, however, is that many activists and voters in the party supported the real Republican candidate, Doug Hoffman.
Doug Hoffman then decided to run as a third party candidate under the conservative party. The patriot movement sent millions of dollars into Hoffman’s corner and a three way political war unfolded on the national stage.

LETTER TO SENATOR DEMINT DEMANDING HE DOES THE JOB HE WAS ELECTED TO DO!

I just sent the letter below to DeMint after receiving an email from Human Events on behalf of DeMint and the Senate Conservatives Fund.  As each disingenuous 'candidate' and fund invades my inbox with their hands out begging for more money from a seriously depleted and demoralized citizenry; the angrier I get and out goes another letter calling them on their lies and crimes.

Senator DeMint,

I received an email today from Human Events requesting donations in return for a copy of your book.  I, and many other Americans from different Party Affiliations, will not donate to any group or candidate that does not prove by action that they are upholding their sworn Oath and their ultimate responsibilities as American citizens.

You tout Conservative values and bemoan the statement that you cannot change the Senate.  I say horse manure.  WE are disgusted with excuses and blame.  There is only ONE America, ONE Constitution and ONE way to go.  Anything else is lies, cheats and theft of our money and betrayal of our trust.

When it Comes to Tax Hikes, are Assembly Republicans with Sen. Brower or the Democrats?

As Citizen Outreach continues robo-calls this week to Republicans in the Assembly who continue to negotiate an extension of the 2009 tax hikes which are scheduled to sunset at the end of June, some of them continue to whine privately that they are NOT for such an extension. 

The problem is, they haven’t been willing to say so PUBLICLY - which is giving aid-and-comfort to the Democrats.

Instead of whispering a bunch of mealy-mouthed, loophole-riddled statements that state nothing, why can’t these people just issue a proud, plain, simple written statement on this issue like the one Republican State Sen. Greg Brower (R-Reno) issued on Sunday:

If you ever wondered why Sharron Angle has almost NEVER won a Republican primary race with more than half of the GOP votes – including her “win” in the U.S. Senate primary last year – the email solicitation she sent out Sunday morning will tell you all you need to know.

This woman has an uncanny knack for insulting, offending and driving away otherwise would-be supporters that is unrivaled. She is, without a doubt, the biggest divider, not uniter, among Republicans in Nevada.  In fact, under the word “polarizing” in the dictionary, there’s a picture of Sharron Angle (ba-da-boom!).

That loud-mouthed, radical left-wing brigade of hippie Jew-haters, Code Pink, says they are on the same page with Ron Paul: they support and defend Israel's enemies.
This is certainly not a surprise.  Ron Paul and Code Pink blame Israel for Palestinian deaths, both sided with the flotilla that illegally bypassed Israel and entered Gaza.  Both called Israel’s military involvement an invasion against Palestinians, both excused the bloody violence perpetrated by Palestinians against Israeli soldiers, who boarded the flotilla, and both blame Middle East violence and poverty on Israel and America. 
Just compare the two and see they are one-and-the-same-- leftists.
