OBAMACARE - A SCHEME BEYOND IMAGINATION

A THOUGHT

If an employer chooses to pay the fine for NOT paying for health care coverages for it's employees that is within the law as established by Obamacare.

But, if the EMPLOYEE decides to NOT pay for the extraordinary cost of Obamacare and elects to pay the fine for NOT doing so...

Question is....

The government COLLECTED 2 fines. ! from the employer and 1 from the employee. IS THAT DOUBLE TAXATION?

Additionally, as the employee is uninsured, with neither the employer nor the employee having paid for Obamacare...how is Obamacare to be seen as legitimate law?

In actuality the government has enacted a law, Obamacare that brings in TAXES for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
