EDUCATION SOLUTION FOR THE CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND TEACHERS

The average cost per student K-12 in the U.S.A. is about $10,000 per year.

I propose we take $9,000 per student and give it to their parents in the form of a voucher. You realize I just saved 10% of the total education budget?

You allow acredited teachers to each have (20) students. You realize I just shrunk the class size so each student receives more attention?

Simple math... that is $180,000 per teacher.

Teacher keeps $100,000 in salary. This is maximum. You realize I just gave teacher an amazingly huge raise?

The teacher takes the other $80,000 per year to pay for:

• Books (re-useable)
• Mortgage on the building (they pool with 4-5 other teachers and now save the commerical real estate market and gain a significant retirement asset)
• Furniture, Whiteboards, Projectors, Computers (all re-useable for years)
• Other supplies
• $15K pooled with the 4-5 other teachers for an administrator - that is a job for $60-70K a year for a real professional

Benefits

1. I have just given teachers massive raises and excellent retirement
2. I have just empowered the parents to choose the teachers
3. I have just opened the teacher talent pool to more people and better people
4. I have just offered students smaller class sizes
5. I have just taken the corruption (unions and Democratic Party) our of education.

Why won't it happen? Only because of benefit #5

The Democratic Party and Union Bosses have too much money in their coffers to ever allow students, parents, and teachers have such an amazing program.

Wisc. Senate Passes Collective Bargaining Ban Without Democrats

In a quick turn of events, Republican state senators in Wisconsin have successfully pushed through a provision stripping public employees of their collective bargaining rights by separating it from Gov. Scott Walker’s controversial budget bill.
The stand-alone measure passed Wednesday evening by a vote of 18-1. No Democrats were present.
In effect, the vote renders Democrats attempts to withhold the provision from the budget bill moot.
With the bill’s most controversial provision removed, Republicans hope Democrats will now return to continue the debate of the rest of the budget proposal.
As you’ll recall, all 14 state Senate Democrats fled the state in an attempt to prevent passage of the budget bill. With the collective bargaining provision included in the budget bill, the GOP needed at least one Democrat to be present for a quorum to allow a vote. But with the provision voted on as a stand-alone measure, the GOP successfully passed the policy with no Democrats present.
The collective bargaining provision was put into its own bill hastily created during a joint conference committee Wednesday. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald shepherded the bill through the process as Democratic Rep. Peter Barca objected, claiming the committee‘s meeting was in violation of the state’s open meetings law.

WHY NOT YANK LICENSES OF PROFESSIONALS WHY OWE NEVADA? COMMON SENSE DICTATES!

CARSON CITY - State Controller Kim Wallin is seeking new authority from the Nevada Legislature to collect from those who owe the state money.

Senate Bill 81, heard today by the Senate Government Affairs Committee, would give Wallin the authority to identify those who owe money to the state using the databases of the many different professional licensing boards. This would ensure real estate agents, physicians, attorneys and other professionals either paid any outstanding taxes or other monies owed to the state or they would not get their licenses renewed.

"We have professionals that owe sales tax, any number of different debts, and to me it's just another tool," Wallin said. "If you are a professional and you owe the state of Nevada money, you need to pay your bill."

KEEP THE PRESSURE ON - REPEAL OBAMACARE!

Immediately after U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson's ruling in January that ObamaCare was VOID because it forced every American to purchase health insurance, Justice Department lawyers filed a "motion of clarification," which means they were CONFUSED and DID NOT UNDERSTAND Vinson's language:

"because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void."

There is nothing to misunderstand. Judge Vinson's ruling was crystal clear: ObamaCare is VOID and implementation must cease immediately.

But Obama IGNORED Judge Vinson's order for about a month and continued with its implementation.

On March 3rd, U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson gave the Obama administration just seven days to file an appeal challenging his ruling that ObamaCare is unconstitutional.

Senate rejects competing spending plans, leaves legislative stalemate

Senators voted along party lines Wednesday to reject two proposals to cut federal spending, leaving a legislative stalemate that will have to be resolved briskly to avert another potential government shutdown.

A House-passed Republican proposal to slash another $57 billion form the fiscal year 2011 budget failed, 44 to 56. It did not receive a single Democratic vote.

Three members of the Senate Tea Party Caucus also opposed the bill: Sens. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Mike Lee (R-Utah).

An alternative Democratic plan to cut $6.2 billion in federal spending failed to garner any Republican support. The vote was 42 to 58.

The UN has a plan for your life and county governments in the US are implementing it.
