Feds Identify 300,000 Americans as Terrorists

Joe Wright
Activist Post

Do you hate paying taxes? Are you fighting foreclosure? Do you feel like no one should be allowed to commit violence against you and don't always blindly follow the commands of the authorities? Do you film encounters with police or believe gold makes better currency than Federal Reserve Notes? Well you might be part of a domestic terrorism movement and not even know it.

On Friday, the Los Angeles Times posted an article attempting to define a domestic terrorist movement consisting of as many as 300,000 Americans. Some are even labeled as non-violent "paper terrorists".

Is there a more Orwellian term than "non-violent terrorist"?  If you can think of one please share it in the comments below.

Kansas Abortion Bill Passes House

Posted by ilona trommler
TOPEKA, Kan. — Kansas legislators gave final passage to a sweeping anti-abortion measure Friday night, sending Gov. Sam Brownback a bill that declares life begins "at fertilization" while blocking tax breaks for abortion providers and banning abortions performed solely because of the baby's sex.
The House voted 90-30 for a compromise version of the bill reconciling differences between the two chambers, only hours after the Senate approved it, 28-10. The Republican governor is a strong abortion opponent, and supporters of the measure expect him to sign it into law so that the new restrictions take effect July 1.
In addition to the bans on tax breaks and sex-selection abortions, the bill prohibits abortion providers from being involved in public school sex education classes and spells out in more detail what information doctors must provide to patients seeking abortions.
The measure's language that life begins "at fertilization" had some abortion-rights supporters worrying that it could be used to legally harass providers. Abortion opponents call it a statement of principle and not an outright ban on terminating pregnancies.
"The human is a magnificent piece of work at all stages of development, wondrous in every regard, from the microscopic until full development," said Sen. Steve Fitzgerald, a Leavenworth Republican who supported the bill.
Abortion opponents argue the full measure lessens the state's entanglement with terminating pregnancies, but abortion-rights advocates say it threatens access to abortion services.
The declaration that life begins at fertilization is embodied in "personhood" measures in other states. Such measures are aimed at revising their constitutions to ban all abortions, and none have been enacted, though North Dakota voters will have one on the ballot in 2014.
But Kansas lawmakers aren't trying to change the state constitution, and the measure notes that any rights suggested by the language are limited by decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court. It declared in its historic Roe v. Wade decision in 1973 that women have a right to obtain abortions in some circumstances, and has upheld that decision while allowing increasing restrictions by states.
Thirteen states, including Missouri, have such language in their laws, according to the National Right to Life Committee.
Sen. David Haley, a Kansas Democrat who opposed the bill, zeroed in on the statement, saying that supporters of the bill were pursuing a "Taliban-esque" course of letting religious views dictate policy limiting women's ability to make decisions about health care and whether they'll have children.
And in the House, Rep. John Wilson, a Lawrence Democrat, complained that the bill was "about politics, not medicine."
"It's the very definition of government intrusion in a woman's personal medical decisions," he said.
Brownback has signed multiple anti-abortion measures into law, and the number of pregnancies terminated in the state has declined 11 percent since he took office in January 2011.
The governor said he still has to review this year's bill thoroughly but added, "I am pro-life."
This year's legislation is less restrictive than a new North Dakota law that bans abortions as early as the sixth week of pregnancy and a new Arkansas law prohibiting most abortions after the 12th week. But many abortion opponents still see it as a significant step.
"There is a clear statement from Kansas with respect to the judgment on the inherent value of human life," said Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee Chairwoman Mary Pilcher-Cook, a Shawnee Republican and leading advocate for the measure.
The bill passed despite any solid data on how many sex-selection abortions are performed in Kansas. A 2008 study by two Columbia University economists suggested the practice of aborting female fetuses – widespread in some nations where parents traditionally prefer sons – is done in the U.S. on a limited basis.
But legislators on both sides of the issue said the practice should be banned, however frequent it is.
The bill also would require physicians to give women information that addresses breast cancer as a potential risk of abortion. Advocates on both sides acknowledge there's medical evidence that carrying a fetus to term can lower a woman's risk for breast cancer, but doctors convened by the National Cancer Institute a decade ago concluded that abortion does not raise the risk for developing the disease.
The provisions dealing with tax breaks are designed to prevent the state from subsidizing abortions, even indirectly. For example, health care providers don't have the pay the state sales tax on items they purchase, but the bill would deny that break to abortion providers. Also, a woman could not include abortion costs if she deducts medical expenses on her income taxes.
"Every taxpayer will be able to know with certainty that their money is not being used for abortion," Pilcher-Cook said.
But Jordan Goldberg, state advocacy counsel for the New York City-based Center for Reproductive Rights, called the tax provisions "appalling and discriminatory."
"It's probably, if not definitely unconstitutional, and it's incredibly mean-spirited," she said.

Minority Lifeguards Hired: No Need To Be Able to Swim

Written by bunkerville, Reposted from
City Recruits Minority Lifeguards Even if They Can’t Swim -- yes, that is the headline. If we thought that the Federal mandates of hiring candidates solely on the basis of race was only at that level, it has now filtered down to State and Local levels. No doubt they received a federal grant to promote this ignorance. No longer hire the brightest and best, let's let 'em die so we can do the quota thing. Some good links in case one needs a reminder of how far down this road we have come. This really is getting old isn't it? Here we go:
You can’t make this stuff up. It’s a real-life story out of Phoenix, the capitol of Arizona and the nation’s sixth-largest city. It has more than 1.4 million residents and, among its official mottos is “value and respect” of diversity. This means “more than gender and race,” according to the city’s officialwebsite. It also encompasses “uniqueness and individuality” and embracing differences. “We put this belief into action to provide effective services to our diverse community.”

Kicking We the People when they are down

Posted by Southern Girl
The occupant of the Oval Office is now proposing a "compromise" budget to entice Republicans to raise taxes.
The occupant says he is willing to cut Social Security and Medicaid as bargaining chips to raise taxes on nearly everyone in America.
According to the Tax Policy Center, taxes would increase for 98 percent of households making between $75,000 and $100,000 a year--that's households, not individuals--meaning you are in for a tax increase.
At the same time, if you are on Social Security, you will get a pay cut.
The occupant's plan penalizes both married families and senior citizens for his and Congress' very own irresponsible spending.
It also limits how much you can save in your IRA. Can anyone spell C-O-M-M-U-N-I-S-M?
This is the type of leadership that kicks the people when they are down.

Muslim Brotherhood’s Friend Obama is America’s Enemy
By Gina Miller
April 2, 2013
Well, isn’t this just swell?!  The Washington Times reported on Monday that Saudi Arabian “religious authorities” have, in all their boundless benevolence, decreed that women may now ride bicycles!  Of course, there are some “common-sense” restrictions.  Women must be covered head-to-toe in a tarp, be accompanied by a male, not ride a bicycle for transportation(!)—only for “entertainment”—and only ride in areas that “are not populated by men,” purportedly to avoid “harassment.”
Isn’t Sharia grand?  Isn’t Islam just the best thing to have ever befallen the human race?  Well, no.  In fact, Islam is a curse on the Earth, every bit as bad, if not worse, than any other Godless political ideology like communism.  This is plain to see for those who actually have eyes to see and who are not wedded to an anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-freedom agenda.

Submitted by: Donald HankHow They Will Steal Your Retirement

I’ve laid this out before but it’s time to do it again, because it’s coming folks.
The recent ditty on how ”nobody needs more than $3m for retirement”, defined as “whatever you need to get a $200,000 annuity”, is just one facet of how this will play out.
Since I started writing The Ticker I have been repeatedly asked where one should put their assets to evade confiscation, whether through outright acts of theft, devaluation or any other means.
The simple answer: There isn’t a reasonably-safe means of doing that for anyone who does not possess enough wealth to be willing to write off 20, 40 or even 60% of it and who doesn’t have enough to be able to piss away 1% or more of it annually in compliance, monitoring and associated costs.
That basically means if you don’t have tens of millions (and the first digit isn’t a “1″ either) you’re not in that game.  If you are then you can do a whole host of things that are reasonably certain to “work”, where “work” is defined as “won’t lose enough of it to wind up in the street” with a confidence level in the 90s or better.
This isn’t where virtually everyone is, so listening to advice on how to do that is dumb since you’re almost-certainly not in that position, and if you are you don’t want to ask people like me, you want to get the legal, tax and accounting advice from licensed professionals who can actually do it.

Dear Conservatives,

Police officers serve and protect our communities, but union bosses have another use for them: Forced dues.

With free legal aid from National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys, 17 police officers in Kansas City, Missouri, are fighting back.

In a corrupt agreement between the city and Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 99, union bosses made wage and benefits concessions in exchange for the power to force nonmember police officers into paying forced union dues and fees as a condition of their employment.

As we explain in our latest video update, the independent-minded police officers have filed a federal class-action lawsuit to halt the scheme.

The local paper yesterday reported that the US donated $3.7 million to Panama, part of which will go for border security.
Naturally, I could not find anything on this in English, but here is a local report in Spanish:
This older article in English will also serve as confirmation:
Note that this is just one Latin American nation. There are certainly others receiving donations (not loans, mind you) from our insane government, which steals from the US worker to give to foreign nations and keeps our border porous while offering amnesty for 20-40 million lawbreakers even as unemployment worsens (compared to the population).
I am jealous. We just laid off from 3000-4000 agents as part of sequestration:
It is clear to anyone with a mind not eroded by hard drugs that the US government is concerned mostly about non-Americans. You and I are chopped liver, as they say.
I hereby declare this government illegitimate.

I know that this will comes as a shock to you, but what I am about to tell is absolutely true. We have been told that the United States has a 16 trillion dollar national debt and that we had a 1.3 trillion dollar budget deficit in 2012. This statement is both true and false. It is true that based upon our budget, the government is spending more money than it collects collecting in taxes. Last year we allegedly spent 3.8 trillion dollars and collected only 2.5 trillion in tax revenue. On the surface it appears that we had a 1.3 trillion dollar deficit. When the investment return on the governments invested assets are considered we actually brought in substantially more money than the government spent.

MSNBC Host: Your Kids Belong to the Collective

Kurt Nimmo
April 6, 2013
In the video below, college professor and MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry says your children are not yours – they are owned by the community. She says public education has failed because we have not allowed the state to confiscate more of our money.
“We have to break through our private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families,” says the professor of political science at Tulane University, where she is founding director of the Anna Julia Cooper Project on Gender, Race, and Politics in the South. Kids belong to whole communities, she insists, and once we realize this we’ll make “better investments” in government indoctrination of children.
Melissa Harris-Perry is regurgitating the Obama “you didn’t build that” meme. “If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that,” Obama said during a campaign stop in Roanoke, Virginia. “Somebody else made that happen,” it was not the result of individual initiative. “The Internet didn’t get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet.”
“Like most people of his ideological bent, Obama either cannot or will not distinguish betweensociety — which is created through peaceful commerce and other forms of private cooperation — and the state — an anti-social artifact built on conquest, coercion, and confiscation of wealth,” writesWilliam Grigg. “Government produces nothing; it is an exercise in pure consumption and, usually, the destruction of capital. As Nietzsche famously said, everything the State has is stolen.”
Stephan Kinsella argues that the primary social evil today is a lack of respect for the fundamental right of self-ownership. Obama and Harris-Perry represent the other side of this argument. They believe, as do all Marxists and socialists, that the state, what Harris-Perry calls the “community,” owns the individual.
Harris-Perry urges us to “break through” the “private idea” that individuals own themselves. Like Marx, she believes the individual is a “communal being” and all human worth is intractably linked to the community, the collective, and the state is the ultimate manifestation of the collective will.
Harris-Perry’s homage to the state was part of a two-year long, multi-million dollar advertising campaign by MSNBC. The network, created through a merger between Microsoft and the death merchant General Electric, has long provided ideological fodder for president Obama, the proud Marxist (as Yuri Maltsev, former advisor to Mikhail Gorbachev, characterized him). “We can go backward, or we can keep moving forward,” he said during a speech at Carnegie Mellon University. “And I don’t know about you, but I want to move forward.”
It’s no mistake Obama’s handlers and MSNBC adopted the slogan. The word “forward” has a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It was frequently used as a name for socialist and communist newspapers and periodicals in the 20th century. “The slogan ‘Forward!’ reflected the conviction of European Marxists and radicals that their movements reflected the march of history, which would move forward past capitalism and into socialism and communism,” writes Victor Morton.
It seems incomprehensible that a multinational corporation like MSNBC would embrace communism. In fact, as Gary Allen noted, it is quite natural.

MUTH'S TRUTHS 04/07/2013

Not to rub it in or anything, but for those of you who went to Carson City for this weekend’s Nevada GOP Central Committee meeting, boy, did you miss one heckuva First Friday Happy Hour at Bahama Breeze...

And not just because the first 100 people through the door received aFREE DRINK and everybody got a piece of my birthday cake!

No, you missed one of the best, most entertaining speakers we’ve ever featured, Dr. Ben Chavis.

Funny, irreverent, sarcastic…and thoroughly compelling in describing the success of his public charter schools in Oakland and how he did it.  Not to mention the lynch-mob mentality of the local school board and teachers union that’s trying to shut them down.

And while he didn’t come out and specifically say it, we got the distinct impression that when U.S. News & World Report comes out with its high school rankings on April 15th, Dr. Chavis’ American Indian Academy in Chinatown might be #1 on the list!

Seriously, anyone who’
s read his book, “Crazy Like a Fox,” or heard him speak onAlan Stock’s KDWN 720 AM radio program Friday morning will understand immediately why the Unionized Government (Mis)Education Complex hates this guy and is trying to destroy his reputation.

Now close your eyes and envision this for a second…

 4 Simple Questions:

Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is "African-American" when the term wasn't even used at that time ?
2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961 & Lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right ? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in " Kenya , East Africa ". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate."
