We're Gaining Ground and We Need to Hear from You!

We're getting down to the wire in the battle to Defund Obamacare. Last week, your presence at the Exempt America Rally and the phone calls you made to Congress halted the House Republican Leadership's "bait and switch" plan to fool the American people. They quickly learned that they didn't have the votes to play the shell game - and it was all because of your efforts.
Now, we are hearing reports that the House Leadership might actually vote on a Continuing Resolution (CR) that funds the government, but stops funding Obamacare. If they actually pull through - this could be huge - and again it is all thanks to yoru hard work. But, we must not let up right now. We must keep the pressure on.
Tomorrow morning at 9am, the House Republican Conference will have a meeting to discuss their strategy for how to handle the CR. It would be helpful for you to call House Leadership early in the morning to encourage them to do everything they can to stop Obamacare.
The former Navy reservist who killed 12 people at the Washington Navy
Yard had been hearing voices and was being treated for mental illness in
the weeks before the shooting rampage, but was not stripped of his
security clearance, officials said Tuesday.
Law enforcement officials say the Navy contractor identified as the
gunman in the deadly shootings at the Washington Navy Yard used a
shotgun and two handguns, but not an AR-15 assault rifle, as officials
previously said.
