We need to re-imagine behavior, not policing

This seems so simple but it escapes those folks who keep blaming the police for doing what they have been hired to do - ENFORCE THE LAW.

I blame the parents of most of these situations.  If they taught their children to OBEY THE LAW - to BEHAVE - they wouldn't have to be planning funerals.
