Our thanks and condolences to Bernard Chalumeau for the loss of a brave compatriot of his in Algeria.

The jihad is on and it is international. I suspect we will be hearing from the jihadis at some point in our vulnerable country with its open borders and big welcome mat. I can't imagine what is stopping them.

One thing about the French is that they are known to go it alone at times, for example, in the Central African Republic:

This makes France a wild card. They may or may not wait for Obammy to wake up and get his arse in gear, but they are just as likely to send in their own troops. Hopefully they will be a counterweight against the arming of 'friendly' anti-Assad troops in Syria.

Peronally, I have this deep dark thought that Bammy is using IS as an excuse to go in and take out Assad, the last defender of Christians in the Middle East.

Should You Be Concerned?

Despite assurances to the contrary from our nation's commander in chief, it turns out that global Jihad is thriving. And it constitutes a greater threat to our nation's security today than at any time in history.
Should you be concerned?
Of course, the answer is "yes," but with qualification.
The most imminent domestic threat to your life and property, statistically, emanates from the sociopathic drug/gang culture, which continues to metastasize on urban poverty plantations and is now spilling into suburban and rural communities. That threat has been cultivated for the last five decades by ruinous political and social policies that were, ostensibly, enacted to eradicate the poverty those policies institutionalized.
That notwithstanding, the elevated threat to your life from Islamic extremists should be a concern -- not because the probability of being an individual victim of an Islamist assault will soon be higher than the drug/gang culture threat, but because the probability of being among the cumulative victims of a catastrophic attack on our homeland -- be it conventional, nuclear or biological -- is escalating largely unabated.

This is almost unprecedented that an outside citizens group like Conservative Action Fund is allowed to present arguments directly to the Court. This is also a sure sign the Court is not putting up with Cochran's shenanigans that stole the runoff election.
