President Obama is trotting out yet another policy aimed at forcing American’s to change our ways and embrace the green. Just a few weeks ago, the administration floated the idea of adding yet more taxes to our already overtaxed cars to serve the dual purpose of shoring up revenues as well as curbing driving habits (which one would assume can’t both be accomplished simultaneously, but I digress).

BREAKING: Somali suicide bomber was from Minneapolis
Abdirahman Warsame at Terror Free Somalia informed us late last night that messages appearing on known al-Shabaab websites indicate that a suicide bomber who carried out on attack on AMISOM forces in Mogadishu on Monday was a Somali-American from the Minneapolis area. A twenty-two minute audio was posted on the Somali Memo website (article and audio have since disappeared) that included a segment of an English-speaking Somali speaker — apparently the suicide bomber — who encourages Muslims in the West to “die for their religion.”

|Democrats Worry New Laws Threaten their Illiterate, Illegal, Dead Voting Base |
By Danny Tyree, FloydReports.com
|According to Newsmax, Republican-controlled state legislatures nationwide are stiffening voting laws with changes that include requiring valid photo identification, restricting early voting and imposing stricter rules on those who can register to vote. |
Republicans assert that the changes are to ensure voters are qualified. Democrats counter that the changes are politically motivated and aimed at discouraging young and minority voters – many of whom comprise the party’s base.
Reading between the lines, the Democratic argument boils down to “Many of the people with whom our message resonates most strongly are too lazy, uninformed, or muddle-headed to get out and vote. NOT THAT THERE’S ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT.”

Give him a break. I mean, what Congressman doesn’t have pictures of his, ah, package floating around the Internet. How could he know if it was a fake, or one of the real ones? ~Bob. Excerpt: In the immediate aftermath of the picture, which depicts a man’s underwear-clad groin, surfacing, the New York Democrat insisted his account had been hacked. But, he has grown more vague — and combative — in recent days, an approach that has stoked suspicion and led some New York Democrats to speculate about the damage he could be doing to his expected mayoral bid in two years time. In an interview with NBC’s Luke Russert Wednesday, Weiner would not comment on whether the image in question was of him. “I can’t say with certitude,” he said. “My system was hacked. Pictures can be manipulated. Pictures can be dropped in and inserted.”
