Apparently Obama has decided that he can get away with any transgression that runs afoul of the U.S. Constitution with absolute impunity. He disdains Congress and blatantly says, "I can't wait on them."
Where does his power to tell Insurance Companies to pay for birth control pills come from? Where does his power to 'settle' with banks for foreclosure problems come from? Where does his power to ignore Court Orders respecting Oil, Drilling, Court appearances, and other issues come from? Where does his power to ignore Congress as he issues Presidential Decrees that go far beyond the scope of the powers of the Office he holds?

The national security crisis along the U.S.-Mexico border has gotten even worse as members of Mexico’s drug cartels were recently filmed successfully using a car jack to LIFT the border fence in order to transfer bundles suspected to contain cash or drugs. U.S. Border Security officials say the video was filmed in Arizona and showed persons illegally crossing into Mexico, but we’re positive it works just as easily in the opposite direction.Obama must have missed this security risk when he slashed the number of National Guard troops to be deployed along the border... On the ‘bright’ side, environmentalists will not have to worry about illegal border crossers disturbing the natural movement patterns of insects as those involved with hoisting the fence with a tire jack are also clearly seen using branches to sweep away their footprints.

NM HOUSE ONCE AGAIN PASSES DRIVER’S LICENSE BAN FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS
The New Mexico House of Representatives once again passed legislation to repeal a state law that allows illegal immigrants to obtain New Mexico driver’s licenses. The bill, HB 103, was passed by 45-25 with 34 Republicans and 10 Democrats and one Independent voting for the bill. This represents an increase in bipartisanship compared to last year’s attempt to de-license illegal immigrants that passed the New Mexico House but was shot down by the Senate.According to polls, 70 percent of New Mexicans support a ban. Washington is the only other state in the country besides New Mexico that grants driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants, although Utah does issue a special driving card.

The current Occupy Wall Street movement is the best illustration to date of what President Barack Obama's America looks like. It is an America where the lawless, unaccomplished, ignorant and incompetent rule. It is an America where those who have sacrificed nothing pillage and destroy the lives of those who have sacrificed greatly.
It is an America where history is rewritten to honor dictators, murderers and thieves. It is an America where violence, racism, hatred, class warfare and of murder are all promoted as acceptable means of overturning the American civil society.

Was the keynote speaker at the conference I’m attending. He was terrific; I wish everyone in America could have heard it. Too long to replicate, but lots of great points and pointed quips, like, “Expanding government dependency is not a by-product of Obama’s policies, it’s the agenda.” He laid out the fiscal challenges much as I did in Collapse, but is optimistic about the future—that’s what they pay keynotes for. He told this story: “In a 2008 "Meet the Press" interview, then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said, "I believe in natural gas as a clean, cheap alternative to fossil fuels."
He also told the story in his 2010 column, below, of the immigrant tailor who was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $100 fine, big money in 1934, for charging five cents too little for pressing men’s suits, a price cutting crime against the Roosevelt Administration. Worth reading:
