There is nothing to misunderstand. Judge Vinson's ruling was crystal clear: ObamaCare is VOID and implementation must cease immediately. But Obama IGNORED Judge Vinson's order for about a month and continued with its implementation.
On March 3rd, U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson gave the Obama administration just seven days to file an appeal challenging his ruling that ObamaCare is unconstitutional.
On March 8th, Obama's Justice Department filed its notice of appeal and the case will go to the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta.
This fight will reach the Supreme Court.
They are not giving up!

Charles Shanor, a law professor at Emory University in Atlanta, said it will be with the 11th Circuit for months.
We know that during that time, Obama and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius are going to continue funding and implementation.
Politically, Obama and the Democrats want to string this ObamaCare battle out as long as possible. They do not want to let go of their agenda for socialized medicine in America, even after a federal judge has declared the mandate unconstitutional.
ObamaCare does not have a "severability clause," which means the unconstitutional provisions cannot be struck down while the rest of it stands. And it doesn't matter anyway, because the mandate to purchase health insurance is the cornerstone of the legislation.
Even Obama's deputy senior advisor Stephanie Cutter admits on the White House blog that without the individual mandate, ObamaCare would be
- "cost prohibitive,"
- "would lead to double digit premiums increases," and
- "would significantly increase the cost [of] health care spending nationwide."

Obama has made it clear he will do whatever he has to do - and whatever he WANTS to do - in order to bring socialized medicine to the United States of America. You and I must be just as diligent in our opposition to this disaster.
When Barack Obama was sworn in as President, he took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
