Grand
Jury Won’t Indict Abortion Doc Who Twists Off Babies’ Heads
A Houston grand jury has refused to indict late-term abortionist Douglas Karpen after a months-long investigation into allegations of illegal late-term abortions and the killing of babies born alive at his two abortion clinics.
A Houston grand jury has refused to indict late-term abortionist Douglas Karpen after a months-long investigation into allegations of illegal late-term abortions and the killing of babies born alive at his two abortion clinics.
“The refusal to indict
Karpen is a gross miscarriage of justice. The grand jury has essentially
freed Karpen to continue to violate Texas laws and take the lives of late-term
babies that the law was meant to protect,” said Operation Rescue
President Troy Newman. “It’s upsetting to know that the kind
of brutality shown in the photos taken at his clinic will be allowed continue.”

Phil
Robertson: I Will Not Back Down From Standing on Biblical Principles
After the dustup over controversial comments pro-life Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson made that has caused him to be suspended by A&E, Robertson and his family have released a statement saying they will not back down from Biblical principles.
Robertson discusses in his
GQ interview his religious beliefs and about sin, saying, “start
with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping
around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.”

Doctors
Give Baby Zero Chance at Survival, He Gives Parents a Christmas Miracle
Aaron and Amy Vawter were eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second bundle of joy. Already parents to Micah, then 18 months, the couple went to have the routine 20 week ultrasound done for baby number two when doctors discovered some frightening problems with their baby’s heart. They were referred to a specialist at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where the prognosis for their baby only worsened.

“They could
only see three chambers of his heart,” explains Amy, “three days
of testing, hours of ultrasounds head to toe with three hours spent just
on his heart. And at the end of it all they were telling us that this baby
had so many problems there was a zero percent chance of survival.”

Former Abortion Doc: “I Couldn’t Look at Those Little
Bodies Again”
Eclipse of Reason is a graphic and deeply disturbing documentary put together by the late Dr. Bernard Nathanson, former abortionist turned pro-lifer who also produced the movie The Silent Scream. Eclipse of Reason shows a second trimester unborn baby being torn apart in a D&E abortion.
The movie was made some time ago, in the 1980s, and when watching it it is easy to feel sorrow at the fact that the same procedure so well documented in Eclipse of Reason is still taking place today, in many abortion clinics throughout the country. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/12/20/former-abortion-doc-i-couldnt-look-at-those-little-bodies-again/

Study: Mothers Often Push Their Teen Daughters to Have Abortions
While there are some questionable assumptions, some limitations to the data, it is hard to ignore the clear implication of a recent study of teens who abort: that some parents, mothers in particular, are pushing their daughters to have abortions.
The study, “The Role of
Parents and Partners in Minor’s Decisions to Have an Abortion and Anticipated
Coping After Abortion,” appeared the December 13, 2013 online edition
of the Journal of Adolescent Health (www.jahonline.org). http://www.lifenews.com/2013/12/20/study-mothers-often-push-their-teen-daughters-to-have-abortions/While there are some questionable assumptions, some limitations to the data, it is hard to ignore the clear implication of a recent study of teens who abort: that some parents, mothers in particular, are pushing their daughters to have abortions.

NPR Poll Shows Americans Don’t Want Teens Buying Morning After
Pollx
Americans are in favor of common sense restrictions on the morning after pill, found an NPR poll, which only reinforces the undercover video work Students for Life of America released last month, showing a minor girl being able to purchase Plan B and not Sudafed as well as revealing how simple it is for an adult male, who is having relations with a minor, to cover up his crime by buying the drug. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/12/20/npr-poll-shows-americans-dont-want-teens-buying-morning-after-poll/
