NATIONAL RIGHT TO WORK COMMITTEE PETITION 06/29/2017 RID NLRB OF OBAMA APPOINTEES - APPOINT PRESIDENT TRUMP'S SELECTIONS!

This is it.

President Trump has initiated the first step toward erasing the Obama-Big Labor majority on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

You see, Obama's bureaucrats are STILL running the NLRB, which they have corrupted into yet another organizing tool for Big Labor.

Fortunately, their reign could soon end as President Trump has nominated two new members to fill the current openings on the NLRB.

Political experts agree that William Emanuel and Marvin Kaplan would join current Chairman, Philip Miscimarra and effectively end Big Labor's stranglehold over the NLRB.

But none of that's possible unless Emanuel and Kaplan are confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

And as we've seen, Big Labor and their political allies still have clout.

Not only did they force President Trump's first pick for Department of Labor Secretary to withdraw after it was apparent there weren't enough votes for his confirmation...

...But Vice-President Mike Pence was even forced to cast a tie-breaking vote to confirm another nominee opposed by Big Labor.

In order to reverse and repair eight years of damage wrought by the Obama-Big Labor NLRB, President Trump's nominees need to be confirmed right away.

I'm counting on you to sign the petition below to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Chairman Lamar Alexander, and your U.S. Senators right away.

But first, let me remind you of just a short list of the power-grabs the Obama NLRB has rammed through over the years:
***
Gutting a United States Supreme Court decision won by attorneys at the National Right to Work Foundation holding that union bosses cannot force workers to pay for Big Labor’s radical political agenda;
***
Instituting "ambush elections" which allow union organizers to sneak their way into workplaces without giving workers enough time to educate themselves or fight back;
***
Violating 60 years of precedents by forcing companies to continue automatic forced-dues seizures for union bosses even after a union contract expires.
These are just the tip of the iceberg, Lee.

A new Board can reverse the Obama NLRB's devastation and protect the rights of independent-minded workers and business owners that are being ignored by the current Board.

And erasing Big Labor's majority on the NLRB could bolster the economy, as well.

That's why it's vital you act today.

Please sign your petition to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Chairman Lamar Alexander, and your U.S. Senators right away.

Lee, as we've already seen, this confirmation fight could come down to the wire.

Every vote is crucial.

So your signed petition to Majority Leader McConnell, Chairman Alexander, and your U.S. Senators is vital.

But in addition to your signed petition, I'm hoping you'll consider your most generous contribution right away.

You see, union bosses and their allies in the Senate will do everything they can to delay and obstruct the confirmation of President Trump's NLRB nominees.

That's why your Committee is launching a grassroots petition drive to deliver a monsoon of petitions to the Senate.

Through our state-of-the-art digital technology, your Committee can reach hundreds of thousands of Right to Work supporters to sign their petition to the U.S. Senate.

And your vital contribution will allow our dedicated staff to collect and deliver thousands of petitions urging the Senate to end Obama's stranglehold on the NLRB.

Your Committee staff have run the numbers and budgeted the costs of collecting and delivering these petitions.

A contribution of $200 or $100 will help us blanket the Senate by delivering 3,175 or 1,587 signed fax petitions.

Of course, if you can afford to give more, I hope you will do so generously.

But if you can't afford that much today, you can still pitch in $50 or $25, allowing your Committee to deliver 794 or 397 petitions, and fight back against Big Labor's efforts to thwart the nominations.

Even just $10 will deliver 159 petitions to your two Senators.

No matter what amount you give, you'll be directly helping the Committee "drain the swamp" at the NLRB and advance the Right to Work cause at the same time.

So please, act right away.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
President, National Right to Work

P.S. President Trump has announced two candidates as the nominees to end the Obama-Big Labor majority on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

If confirmed, eight years of handouts to union bosses, regulations for businesses and attacks on independent-minded workers can be reversed -- strengthening the economy along the way.

But Big Labor has already shown they still have the power to defeat nominees -- just like they did to President Trump's first pick for Department of Labor Secretary.

That's why it's vital you sign your petition to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Chairman Lamar Alexander, and your U.S. Senators right away.

With a contentious confirmation battle against Big Labor ahead, I have to ask for more than your signed petition.

Will you please help your Committee blanket the Senate with thousands of petitions with your most generous contribution of $200, $100, $50, $25 or $10?
