Dear Despite worldwide protests, Barack Hussein Obama is still pushing full steam ahead to enact the ACTA international internet takeover treaty, WITHOUT the U. S. Senate ever voting on it! Please send faxes to every U. S. Senate Democrat, demanding that they force Mr. Obama to submit this evil treaty for ratification.  There is no time to waste.  This treaty will NULLIFY significant parts of the U.S. Constitution.  Barack Hussein Obama is moving forward on this international treaty, which will curtail your rights, and which will allow governments to control the internet. Please send your faxes NOW, before it is too late to stop ACTA.    Mr. Obama's plan is to implement it through an illegal "Sole Executive Agreement” any day now. The U.S. Justice Foundation has already been bombarding U. S. Senate Republicans with faxes.  However, we need to focus on the DEMOCRATS now.  After all, Barack Obama is circumventing their power, too.  In fact, he is effectively abolishing Congress and ruling by decree. The ACTA treaty will give governments and special interest groups the power to shut down websites and terminate your access to the internet without the due process of law.  It will invalidate key parts of our Constitution! There is no way that this treaty could be ratified by the U.S. Senate, even with liberal Democrats running the show.  That's why Barack Hussein Obama has cooked up this "Sole Executive Agreement” scheme. The U.S. Constitution specifically says that the Senate MUST ratify all treaties.  However, the Constitution has never stopped Barack Hussein Obama. According to the American Society of International Law,  "No comparable agreement has been concluded in this way… It could pave the way for more extensive use of sole executive agreements in the future. That, in turn, could have implications for the nature of democratic control over international legal agreements concluded by the United States.” Please send your faxes now.  This is truly urgent. Here is what this treaty will do: First, internet companies will have to delete websites, or any internet content, based on every frivolous claim of a "copyright infringement.”  Any left-wing activist or government agent could accuse your favorite anti-Obama blog, forum, or website of violating a copyright, and that site could be banned from the internet. Second, a dictatorship like communist China could demand that websites that it doesn't like be banned as part of this treaty.  That's right, Chinese communists will have control over what you can read on the internet! Third, individual users like you could be merely accused of "violating copyright rules,” and your internet connection could be cut off completely! Fourth, governments all over the world will have the authority to search your IPods, your music devices, your Kindle readers, your laptop computer, and even your cell phones, without a warrant.  That means that Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.'s, Department of Homeland Security will have the power to search your private computer files! Fifth, Congress will have NO ROLE in protecting your internet freedom under this treaty.  This new treaty will supersede the U.S. Constitution. This is an INTERNATIONAL government power-grab that will give Barack Hussein Obama, and his foreign dictator allies, unprecedented power.  It is a very clever way to completely circumvent the U.S. legislative process, and our Constitution. And that is why, any day now, Mr. Obama is going to simply issue a decree, and thereby declare this treaty to be in effect! PLEASE Click here to bombard the U. S. But, here in America, Mr. Obama's pals in the media have done a good job in covering up what is about to happen. That is why that it is so important to send your faxes. If you have already sent faxes to the Republicans in the U. S. Senate, I thank you.  However, we need to now bombard the U. S. Senate Democrats on this issue, too, if we are going to stop Barack Obama. And, if you haven't sent faxes to Congress on this issue yet, now is the time to act! Please fax the U. S.
