Tag-Team “Wins” Debate, Still Gonna Lose Election
Let’s see…
Donald Trump has
been in politics as a candidate for all of 16 months.
Hillary Clinton
has been a political animal for the better part of HALF A CENTURY!
In addition, Monday night’s debate turned out to be a 2-on-1
handicap match, as “moderator” Lester
Holt not only skewed the questions in Hillary’s favor – for example,
raising the stupid “birther” issue – but inserted himself in the debate and
actually argued with Trump over the Iraq war!
So let’s say, as the media has said, that Hillary “won” the
debate. Whatever.
We’re electing a president, not a debater. The fact is Trump, despite his political
inexperience, held his own vs. “The World’s Smartest Woman” on her home court
at her own game with one hand tied behind his back.
This ain’t over by a longshot.
Cheers.

P.S. When it comes to
the constitutionality of “stop-and-frisk,” who ya gonna believe - former New
York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (also an
attorney) or pro-Hillary, talking-head media personality Lester Holt?
Yeah, me too. And here’s
what America’s Mayor had to say on the issue this morning on Fox & Friends…
“If I were Donald Trump, I wouldn't participate in another debate unless I was promised that the journalist would act like a journalist and not an incorrect, ignorant fact-checker. . . . Terry vs. The United States is the law of the land by the Supreme Court of the United States. It has never been reversed and we do stop-and-frisk in New York and all over America. . . .“What I'm offended by is Lester Holt interfering twice in the debate, saying stop-and-frisk is not constitutional. Dead wrong. . . . If journalism has ethics, he (Holt) violated the rules of ethics. If you are going to interrupt me, and you're going to correct me in front of a hundred million people, you better be right. He is dead wrong. . . .“I'm here to say what Lester Holt did is completely unprofessional and totally unethical.”
Amen, Mr. Mayor.
Amen.

NEVADA NEWS & VIEWS
Wow, here’s
something you don’t see everyday…
The National Rifle Association
released its ratings and endorsements last week. And in Assembly District 18 in Clark County
the NRA endorsed Democrat Assemblyman Richard Carrillo over Republican
challenger Christine DeCorte.
But what really
struck me is the fact that Carrillo got an “A-“ score while DeCorte chalked up
only a “C.”
Carrillo has, in
fact, been extremely good on the gun issue.
But how in the world did a GOP legislative candidate get so many gun
rights questions wrong???

FAMOUS LAST WORDS
“Trump was in control and dominated the moderator, his
opponent and the debate. For those
voters who want to change our country's leadership Trump helped them feel that
he was an acceptable alternative. Trump tonight did what Reagan did in 1980 for
those undecided voters --he showed he Trump Clinton debatewas an acceptable
alternative.” - ConservativeHQ Chairman Richard A. Viguerie
